We booked a room with a view and were impressed by the finish and size of our 22nd floor room. There were only really two negatives: the first was that the air con controls were at the end of the little corridor by the rooms door and no way near the bed; the second was the bathroom was in serious...

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to hear you found the door staff to be helpful and the room size to suit your needs. It’s disappointing to hear that your experience with the bathroom did not live up to your expectations or ours. Though we are currently going through renovations we...

The room was clean but very small. In the bathroom you had to almost walk in and back out. My next trip I will shop around more I felt this was a little overpriced for what you got.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. As a historic hotel in New York City, some of our rooms are a bit on the cozier side than others but our location more than makes up for that. As we have several different room types throughout our hotel, next time you are in the area we...

Great location everything worked really easy - taking train transfer from Newark Airport and return to airport via coach gives good flexibility as both facilities (Penn Station & Port Authority) are so near and convenient. Everything is on hand and within walking distance. Enjoyed our breakfasts at TIck Tock Diner and gave us as a family time to plan our...

We’re so pleased we could be part of that memory. We’re pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay and breakfast at Tick Tock throughout your stay. We hope to welcome...

This is a very nice place to stay and close to the train station; I was able to easily walk with a carry on. Also very close to decent restaurants. Staff was very friendly and room was nice and clean, a little small but it’s NY. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything in this hotel was just great! We had a MSG Basket Ball game to go to and it was next door! So no taxi to worry about! The concierge office sells several attraction tickets and the Bus City SightSeeing passes, which saved us A LOT OF TIME which is very convenient! This hotel is across from Penn Station so...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
