We stayed at this hotel in late August 2015. We came home to realize our bodies were literally covered in bug bites! On top of that, Hilton Customer Service treated the incident as a non-event. I filed a complaint with Hilton Corporate upon my return home, and to my surprise, no call, no follow up, no nothing from either Corporate...

fk907, we apologize for the very unfortunate experience that you had at our hotel. Our guests’ health and safety is extremely important to us and we work closely with a professional pest control company to regularly inspect rooms and take preemptive measures to make sure this doesn't happen. Our staff is also trained to identify these problems so that they...

Stayed a night at Doubletree Chelsea. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfy. Room was quiet at night. The rooms was not large but more than adequate. Bathroom was fine. Only a minor complaint light for reading in bed was insufficient. If you drive park in lot diagonally across the street and have the parking ticket validated. Parking...

The location of the hotel is excellent and the staff is very friendly. The lobby needs some work on it, it's very old furnished. The bed is very comfortable, although the room's furniture is also very old. In the end, the overall experience was quite good.

I stayed at the Doubletree Chelsea last weekend as I attended a friend's wedding in NYC. I had high hopes for this hotel, but the experience was AWFUL. From the moment I arrived, it appeared that this hotel does not like to have guests who are staying there under a Hilton award (redeeming their Hilton Hhonors points for the stay)....

The hotel has been a great stay with great service. We got to our hotel and realized it was small but cozy. We came with another couple and shared a room with 2 double beds and 1 bathroom. It wasnt ideal, but for our dollars it was great especially since the hotel pricing was a bit high at this time...

King suite worked out great for our family of 5. Both of the rooms were small, but typical of NYC. Desk staff was friendly and room was clean. Location was perfect….four blocks to Penn station, Macy's and Empire State.

EF Tours booked these rooms for about 30 of us who came to New York for a school field trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was quite good. Our bathroom door handle just crumbled apart and fell off however it just needed a screw driver. I asked the staff to fix it and the guy was...

Nice rooms, good service convenient location for near by food, shopping , etc. The parking garage is right opposite, i did not drive car around, took T. The rooms and walkways are bit compact, but, this is in Manhattan ! The wifi could be better....internet is a necessity these days.

So my wife and I stayed here for the finals weekend and it was............. fine. The room size is what we expect for the location, read small. The cleanliness of the bathroom was ok, mould around the caulk lines was evident and the drain was slow, all possible improvements in maintenance that would make an ok, good. The entrance area...
