I took a school trip here for four nights and was really pleased with this hotel. Firstly, it was very clean throughout; our party had 10 rooms between us, across different floors, and every single one was clean and well maintained. Facilities in the room are good - TV with lots of channels, a safe, no kettle but there is...

Excellent location, great staff, affordable for mid-town Manhattan. I could see the Empire State Building out my window as well as Herald Square. Times Square just a 9 minute walk away. Hotel is just fine. I'm glad we stayed there.

Stayed here 2.17.17 to 2.19.17 and had a great time in the city! Hotel is in good location; within walking distance to subway, and Macy's is at the end of the block. Our room, although small was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and it's always convenient and east to be...

My wife and I returned yesterday from a 5 night break in New York staying at the Hampton Inn W 35th Street. We found the hotel great for its location with Macy's department store at the end of the road and the Empire State Building in the next street. The hotel itself had all that you could need, a hot...

A convenient if not luxurious Hotel within walking distance of all mid-Manhattan attractions. A comfortable room with views of Empire State Building and, although on the 17th floor there was a significant amount of noise and the lift seemed to take forever before coming uo to us, regularly coming so far up only to go back down again. One major...

We have returned to this property numerous times. It is the best location in the city. Many subway lines are within 2-3 blocks and several are available right outside the front door. It is just south of Times Square, so it is removed from the crush of people as soon as you walk out the door, but close enough to...

My wife and I spent 2 nights at this hotel it is located few blocks away from time square, Grand central station and the Empire State Building, room was very small which is typical in NYC, the AC wasn't the quietest other than that everything was perfect.

I had a meeting the day after the Superbowl in NYC, so I opted to come out the night before and watch the game from the hotel. I brought my wife and two babies along. We were able to talk around the city during the day. We walked up to central park and through Times Square. We watched the game...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
