All expectations were met in terms of the perfect location around the corner from Times Square, the service and attention from the reception to the breakfast and cleaning personnel were t it's best. Great location near Times Square but somehow quiet. Regular rooms are small but well taken care of. The main thing about this hotel is its service-they will do ANYTHING to make sure you are comfortable and satisfied! Any complaint about your room, it is instantly looked into and solved or you are moved. The complimentary happy hour and breakfast are...

On our return visit to this beautiful hotel we took a mini vacation with friends. We were once again greeted by your warm, gracious staff. This time we ordered your special package so in addition to cozy robes and slippers there were also rose petals, champagne and strawberries waiting for us in our cozy, well appointed room. Even the snow...

A pure delight. At the Casablanca you can tell details are important. From the nicely appointed and clean guest rooms to the consideration to provide guests with umbrellas to deal with inclement weather when going out for the evening, you can tell that the management cares about the details. This can also be seen in the relaxing and delightful, Ricks...

I don t know who gave this hotel #1?!And 4?stars! I would give this hotel 2,5 stars. There are so many much better hotels in NY,even for this kind of price. First impression-room where u can freeze to death,at night I slept in 2 sweaters, second impression- bathroom was made for dwarfs or small children, terrible draft from broken window, climate control...

Dear Penelopa3000, I am so sorry for the delay in response. We were testing out a new heating system, to better serve our guests in the most extreme weather conditions when it is clear that in a few rooms the heating system did not function as well as intended. We deeply apologize and we hope to have the opportunity to...

After a bustling day in NYC, this hotel offers a lovely, quiet place to regroup and refresh. Minutes from the theater district, easy walk to many of the NYC attractions you want to see. Rooms are clean and very comfortable. (Our only complaint upon arrival in January was the oppressive heat in the room, soon remedied by turning the radiator...

We have stayed all round the world and I can't yet get enough of this city. Had a delayed flight from home in Canada which meant we weren't able to use our first night. The hotel very kindly offered to refund us the cost to our card which was very kind. Can't hear any noise from the street yet you...

Loved this hotel for many reasons, location, attentiveness of staff, amenities, ease of checking in and out. While it is only seconds away by foot from the heart of Times Square it was extremely quiet. I lay in bed trying to hear outside noise such as a siren but heard none. The gathering area on the 2nd floor, Rick's Cafe...

I stayed here and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was a bit worried that it would be really loud staying in the middle of Time Square, but I was amazed by how quiet it was! The location made it so easy to get around in New York,...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
