First time staying here, Manager John Tabouda runs an excellent property and his staff are top notch. Relaxing stay. Continental breakfast in the morning and Wine reception in the afternoon, What's not to like? Room was cosy; no view but slept like a dream. Look forward to coming back. Here the staff make all the difference in ensuring you have...

This hotel is a little gem! We were checked into another hotel beside centre park and after one night left we chose to come to the Casablanca instead for our stay in NY! We stayed for 5 nights at the hotel, it's not the most up to date or has the biggest rooms but who cares when the staff are...

We actually stayed Sep 2015, but I've only just signed up to trip advisor and it wouldn't let me scroll back that far! We stayed 8 nights and are still talking about the Casablanca and recommending it to anyone who mentions NY. We found the room quite spacious (deluxe room with QS bed), and very quiet. It was hard to...

I spent a night at the Casablanca after a late night show and was impressed with the overall experience. The hotel is surprisingly tucked away and quiet given its location in the center of Times Square and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful, I can see why so many reviews mention them. The room itself...

If you need a nice place to stay steps from Time Square and the theaters, this is an excellent choice. It's an intimate comfortable boutique hotel which is an oasis of calm in the chaos of Times Square

We are just home from a wonderful week staying at The Casablanca in a Suite. We picked this hotel due to it's excellent reviews, location and the fact it was a small hotel. From the moment I contacted The Casablanca to enquire about booking a room I had excellent service and that continued during our stay. John and his team...

Stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary trip. Staff was simply great, location unbeatable, and the amenities were appreciated. Vital stuff: beds very comfy, linens as well--high threadcounts. Bathroom is large and has everything one might need. Shower head is huge rainfall style with plenty of water pressure. Room is pleasantly appointed, made to resemble the film's setting. Large for...

The Casablanca can only ve described as an Oasis in the mayhem of busy New York city. Everything about this boutique hotel has been carefully planned from the wine and cheese, the library to unwind and the charming breakfast. The room had the cleanest facilities and was found to be quite even with the hectic noise of the big city....

Awesome experience. Great location! Literally steps away from Time Square and a block away from a gorgeous park straight out of a fairy tale (Bryant Park). Also 2 blocks from 5th avenue. Staff was wonderful. Highly recommend.

The service was very friendly and personal. We (my son and I) loved the breakfast and the location in the middle of New York direct at time square. You're able to reach all interesting top and hot spots in New York within 5 miles by walking. Next time in New York we'll stay again in this charming small hotel.

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
