I am sad to learn that The Larchmont Hotel is closed. It was always a favorite budget option for many trips into the city. The location couldn’t be beat. Very residential feeling and adjacencies. Perfect venue for spotting Condé Nast editors and other bold-faced names...More

The Larchmont was one of my fave places to stay but has CLOSED ITS DOORS over a year ago. Such a shame! With its prime location and affordable pricing, I will miss it. With a bit of digging you can find other places in the...More

I love to stay at the Larchmont! It’s clean, quiet and the staff is super helpful. You are at the heart of the Greenwich Village, close to Union Square where you find subways. Breakfast can be improved.

Reading reviews before going, we were nervous. But our room was everything we needed, bathrooms, although shared, were beautiful, always clean and available when we needed them. The hotel itself is very cute and we loved our stay and have recommended it to several friends...More

Greenwich Village
Commonly known as “the Village” to New Yorkers, it was
here in Greenwich Village that both 1960’s counter
culture and the LGBT movement were born. Famous for
its bohemian past, head to Washington Square Park to
get a feel for this diverse and energetic
neighbourhood. You’ll find NYU students, street
performers, skateboarders, kids frolicking in the
fountain, and locals relaxing and playing chess.

Hi John! We had a queen room, there was not a cot. However, there was plenty of room for one or an air mattress or something. Michele
