Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants, good service but wifi was not working for our entire stay. That was very inconvenient and we would not pick this hotel if we knew there was no Internet offered.

We were in New York for two weeks with some friends for work. We stayed in this hotel for a week. The first issue we had was with the beds. I have travelled a lot around the world but these beds were among the worst I have ever slept in. The mattress must have been twenty years old and the...

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights I would agree with the majority of the reviews. We liked the location it was good to be away from the hectic that is Times Square. Full of young trendy people in the bars and eating establishments in the area and there are plenty. We had breakfast from heaven bagels , sandwich...

A small boutique hotel. Don't be put off with the small rooms, you're in NYC, I spent most of the time in the city not in hotel room. The rooftop terrace is by far my best bit with the free coffee till 5 pm. The hotel clean, great location with a subway stop just 2 minutes away. 10 min walk...

After staying in a shoebox on Airbnb for an extra £50 per night I really appreciated the smooth customer service, clean and fully equipped rooms, fabulous location with a gorgeous rooftop to retire on after a long day. The hotel isn't 5 stars nor does it try to be, but it is a great hotel, good wifi, good amenities friendly...

The must have, the must see, the must eat, the must visit and so the list goes on. Choosing the Hotel to stay in was our first task. something not to...

My boyfriend and I are both students at Marywood University in Scranton, PA, and decided that for Labor Day weekend this year, we wanted to get away. So we packed up his car and drove into the city with really nothing but our suitcases and our hotel reservations for Hotel East Houston. Now, being a broke college student and this...

The rooms are spotless but small. The bed is comfortable. It's very modern looking. With that, there's a glass wall separating the bathroom from the bed so it can get awkward. There isn't really a breakfast served just coffee and hot water. The rooftop patio has amazing views though of the city and is gorgeous at night.

This hotel covers basic needs for travelers who want to move easily around the Lower East Side. Good quality sleep. small but clean room. Only coffee and tea. But best of this hotel is on the seventh floor with a terrace with fascinating views over the city. A tip for budget travellers: cross the street, buy a bottle of wine...

Yes the rooms are small, but mine was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The staff that I dealt with were all very nice and professional. I got a great deal by booking 4 nights before--$109 for a single. Given that i have paid $99 to stay at The Jane (a 50 sq. ft room with bathroom down the hall), this room...
