Awesome location in Chinatown. Every room is cute and has it's own little touches. That said, walls are a bit thin and the faucet in the shower is very sensitive and hard to get into that 'hot but not too hot' sweet spot but overall, so great!
I stayed here for a couple of days for a mini vacation and enjoyed it. It has been my first time staying anywhere other than home since the pandemic began (and since I've been fully vaccinated). Everything was clean and protocols were clear. While some guests ignored the two people at a time rule for the elevators, the staff were all courteous and very careful. It was a bit out of the way for me in Chinatown but it was worth it for the views and great food.
Overall a great experience. A little hiccup with night time staff but does not impede with the value and location of hotel. Room is clean and cozy. Got upgraded to a nice city view room. Would not hesitate to come back here any time.
Booked a 2 night staycation at this Hyatt property. The room is a good size for Manhattan. The walls are quite thin tho. I could hear my neighbors and the cleaning people in the morning who woke me. The WiFi was horrible. I would have stayed longer but I was not able to work from my room so checked out early. Water pressure was also very poor. Location was great for people to explore lower Manhattan. Walked across the Brooklyn bridge, got a foot massage and tons of restaurants.
The hotel met all of my expectations, which is even more impressing during such difficult times. I managed to dodge lockdown for my birthday last year but hotel bowery made this one equally as special. The view was incredible. The lounge was very pretty and spaced out enough so that no one in my party felt uncomfortable. The staff was SO nice. Fun, and very hospitible. Our room was clean and pretty spacious for a regular room. Good location. Great time overall.
