Well me and my family went to Utah for the summer of 2016. It was four of us. So we stayed at the Capitol Reef Resort in Torrey. Best decision ever! Couldn't believe how great this Resort is. Our room was the native styled tiki bedroom that we asked specifically from the resort itself. It was beautiful. There is a...

Thank you for taking the time to do a review. The pool and hot tub is truly a great place to unwind in the evening, and the views absolutely are amazing. We are very pleased that you enjoyed your time here at the resort and we look forward to your family and you coming and staying with us again.

This place is wonderful. We stayed in one of the small cabins and had a wonderful night's sleep. It was quiet and so comfortable. They give you plenty of towels and pillows. It was so clean. The views are beautiful. The reading lights above the headboards are perfect. We also had family stay in a regular room and in a...

Thank you for taking the time and reviewing the resort. The cabins are new and we are finding that the guests love them and the amenity's that are included such as the small things, USB Ports built into the plugs, the reading lamps as you have mentioned. We take pride in our staff and the work they do and they...

My husband and I just spent some time in Capital Reef National Park and, while driving through Torrey at the end of our day, stumbled upon this wonderful oasis in the middle of nowhere. We just stayed there a few days ago on February 2, 2017, and although the temperatures were in the 20's, the rooms were warm and cozy...

One of the things I love the most about the resort is that it is not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. While the resort can certainly get busy it is in a wonderful location being so close to the park and the views are like no other in the area in my opinion. We work hard...

This is a place to splurge. Spring for a cabin instead of a regular room. The cabin was comfortable, and we had plenty of room to set up our toddler's PeaPod bed. There are shared gas firepits set up on the grounds that are lit by staff at night. Our porch had incredibly comfortable chairs. Chill out with your beverage...

There is no doubt that the new cabins and even the TeePees and Wagons when in season are definitely worth the extra money. They are spaced just far enough so you do not feel cramped among the other cabins. The Walk in Showers with the Rain Fall shower heads are a great touch if you ask me. We are sorry...

What a positive experience! We were upgraded to a private, fairly new cabin. We visited Capital Reef in October, so the nights were chilly. Cabin had efficient heating system, beautiful view from the cabin....looks out at the mountains. Meals were very good and staff friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

We sure do appreciate you taking the time to review the Resort. The Cabins are definitely nice and cozy on those chilly winter nights. Top that off with some some pretty great views and it makes for a great stay. We are also glad to hear that your experience with the staff and at the restaurant was good as well....

It was so cold when we visited Capital Reef and we were happy to get into our cozy room at Capital Reef Resort. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room was nicely decorated but it does not have a lot of amenities. Breakfast was not included but there is a restaurant if you want to...

The winter months here can certainly be cold and we work hard at making sure the rooms are ready for our guests including making sure there warm when you walk into them in the winter and cool in the summer. We do have the advantage when it comes to being close to the park as we are the closest only...

Let me tell you...we were completely surprised at how nice the rooms were. The customer service was warm and friendly. Their 10$ breakfast buffet is a bargain. My wife and I have stayed at many 5 star resorts (Four Seasons, Waldorf, Ritz etc..) Needless to say we were thoroughly impressed. Oh the views are unreal in this area of Utah...breathtaking....

Thank you for your review, we are pleased to have made the impression we did for your stay. I can not be said enough but you hit the nail on the head. The views are so amazing here not to mention the surrounding area. The winter months while mostly mild is most certainly a great time to visit. Less crowded...

My son and I stayed at this property on a recent trip to the USA. We booked a Red Cliff View 2 bedroom cabin. The cabin was situated about 200 metres from the main hotel in a string of cabins that faced open land and a small cliff. The view was not outstanding, but the outlook was quite peaceful and...

Thank you for your time to review your stay with us. We are pleased to hear that your overall experience was such a good one. The 2 Bedroom cabin you stayed in is defiantly a great option for family's, so long as it is 4-6 people. One of my favorite things about these cabins are the amenity's they have. Such...

As expected. No restaurant or food abd everything at 8 PM shuts down. Small town and advise getting your own food. Good view but nothing spectacular. Good bed and average WiFi. Something about the AT&T tower was down. No cell coverage. Most businesses look closed. Will not recommended unless its a mandatory stop.

Thank your for your review. During the off season a lot of the businesses close down and it is pretty slow in the area. There are only a few local choices when it comes to food. The restaurant here at the resort is open for breakfast and dinner but the hours are scaled back. ATT did have some tower issues...

Had a room with a balcony and the view was amazing. Beautiful, comfortable rooms with modern amenities. Bath, free wifi, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, cable TV all in room.
