Needed a hotel to see the Outer Banks but without paying OBX prices. This was perfect. Had a fridge, microwave (& coffeemaker) which were very useful. The air con was very strong which we needed given the heat! Ideally situated as only 10 minutes from the OBX beaches etc. & close to the NC Aquarium which is also worth a...

We booked this hotel because it was at a reasonable price, service is really good Rebecca the innkeeper is very nice and attentive to your needs! The room was fine and filled with antique furniture's. Very convenient location 5minutes to Nags Head, a McDonald's across the street and Dunkin Donut just a few streets down from the hotel

nice room and cost less than staying on the beach. I really have no more to say about the room except that it was across the highway from a very good place to eat. the people at the motel seemed nice and were help-full at check-in but we had no contact with anyone after that.

If you are spending time in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, you really want to stay at this Inn. Rebecca is incredible in making sure that your needs are met. The place is immaculate and conveniently located to all the attractions.

We liked our room which had a comfortable king bed, clean bathroom, great AC ( it was brutally hot outside) coffee maker and small fridge. The location was conveniently close to the Aquarium, historic waterfront area and the Lost Colony. Nothing fancy and I wouldn't recommend for kids for more than an overnight. For couples who don't require amenities like...

When planning our two week road trip along the Southeast Coast, it quickly became apparent that I could easily spend almost our entire budget for lodging in two days in the Outer Banks. Though we wanted to spend time in Corolla, Nag's Head, Kitty Hawk, etc. there was no way we could afford staying on the beach in any of...

We stayed in one of the small cabins outside the main building. It had a small kitchen, comfortable sitting area with the tv and a separate bathroom. Even though it overlooked the main road it was a real bonus to have outside sitting space on the porch. The rooms were furnished in a distinctive way using older items of furniture...

On our way to DE from Southern NC, we decided to split up our trip and stop half way. We picked Manteo, NC. What a great little town. We booked ahead at the Scarborough Inn. Great location and quite the room for the small price tag. All rooms have some piece of antique decor. Our room had a small living...

Wonderful value for the price. We felt very cozy and private in our room that was in its own little building. The bed was absolutely luxurious to sleep in. This is such a great alternative to a hotel if you are not looking to splurge on an expensive bed and breakfast.
