I booked this property for my wife and her friends who had an early flight the next day. They got to the hotel and tried to park in the open lot, but were told there were no parking spots because "they were all reserved" and that she should go "find street parking" (this is not a street parking area). The description on Expedia said there is a sofa bed in the room. We also called the property ahead of time to double check this was the case (NOT the call center, the property itself!) I just double checked that this was the case. There was no sofa bed in the room and the accommodation was not as described, which was a major inconvenience. The desk clerk was extremely snippy and rude, did not take time to understand the situation at all. She said "I can't do anything for you" and "maybe you should go find another hotel." Obviously you can't make a larger room appear out of thin air, but we are not bunking in her personal residence, we are paying to stay there, and should be treated with respect and understanding. WE certainly did not write the incorrect description! And someone on property verified the room will have the extra bed! Very disappointing experience from an otherwise nice property - service needs a MAJOR boost.

This is a very nice inviting hotel near the water and many local attractions. Hotel had a nice clean scent throughout the hallways. No f&b (due to covid) but plenty of nice restaurants nearby which we enjoyed. Shout out to Gaevin Duffy for having an extraordinary team (Justin, Laura, Ben) for all of their assistance from arrival to departure. We all had a wonderful time and will be back again soon.

Hotel is located in a good spot. It’s very clean as were the rooms. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is walking distance to little Italy and close to harbor . If you get a room facing the water , the views are phenomenal. Highly recommend this hotel , my family and I enjoyed our stay very much

I booked this hotel purely for the location. It's a block from the bus stop from the airport, avoiding an overpriced Uber for a 5 minute ride. It's a block from Little Italy so lots of food and drink options. Unfortunately, Little Italy was packed so a buddy picked me up from the hotel to get dinner and drinks. The hotel room was fine, but it was a bit weird... the bathroom door was also the closet door, so you couldn't close both I don't think. Maybe I missed something. I am Hilton Diamond and hotel denied me a late check-out. With no (reduced?) breakfast, I felt pretty insulted considering the card costs like $500/year and this was my first Hilton stay since Covid started. Oh well, at least I had a nice sleep.
