Travellers' Choice
There is no better location to choose when visiting San Diego than Old Town. This quaint neighborhood dates back to the 1700s when Father Junipero Serra established the first mission in California. Today it has three state parks brimming with history and culture, original buildings and churches, museums, galleries, restaurants and unique shops. Many attractions, like the State Historic Park, are open to the public at no charge. And in the center of it all is the contemporary Hilton Garden Inn San Diego Old Town/SeaWorld Area - the only brand new hotel built in Old Town in over a decade. Large guest rooms offer comfy king or two queen-size beds, 47-inch flat-screen HDTV, free Wi-Fi internet access, an ergonomic work desk and chair, microwave, Keurig(R) coffeemaker with complimentary coffee and tea, and a mini-refrigerator. Stylish bathrooms feature granite countertop vanities and roomy glass-enclosed showers. Offering fabulous views and a separate living area, our top floor suites are perfect for special stays, family holidays and casual business meetings.

Great customer service! Located in walking distance to Old Town and close to Sea World. Rooms were clean and safety for everyone was top priority! We will definitely return when we head back down to San Diego.

We found the hotel to be less than average from the rooms, pool, amenities, and hotel staff. The location is good and centrally located, beds were comfortable enough, and room size was adequate. Decor is somewhat bland and dated, the outdoor pool area is small and couch cushions worn, dirty, and ripped. Hotel staff was unresponsive when we attempted to call from the room on several occasions to report a noise complaint from the room next door. We certainly did not appreciate screaming children banging on our door during the evening hours and were frustrated to say the least that the hotel desk did not respond to our calls. I would not elect to stay here again as there are many good hotel options to choose from in the area.

The best water pressure I've ever experienced at a hotel!! We upgraded to luxury bathroom and it was totally worth it! The AC is also very cold which we loved! Very clean, plenty of parking and great service. Plus right across the street from old town so that's a huge plus

Poor communication and room never got cleaned. Had to call to get our trash taken out, but they would come in to put snacks? So didn’t make sense as to why they didn’t bring toiletries or towels. Just disappointed

Unsatisfactory with the “upgrade hotel” that they apparently gave us. Breakfast was very mediocre at best, the hotel parking charged amount was ludicrous don't understand why customer have to pay for the parking when it should be part of the hotel facilities. Everything that was told we’d receive was not given either. Very disappointed.
