The room was pretty clean and sanitized. It was in a great location for a first timer or a tourist. Also, the staff were very friendly. Finding parking spot was kind of challenging in that area and hotel only offered flat fee valet parking for overnight which was quite expensive!!!($40)

It was our 17th wedding anniversary, so we decided to do a short overnight stay at this hotel, as they had a great deal online. Booked the room(City King), and got confirmation. We are born and raised here in San Diego, so we've stayed at numerous hotels in the city. This hotel was a great addition to our staycation list. We had a room on the top floor, and had a few minor issues. We called down to the front desk, and were taken care of right away. In the midst of a pandemic, with all the stresses of the world going on, it's a blessing to still be treated with the utmost professionalism and kindness. Kudos to all of the staff we had the chance to interact with, as each of them went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated and taken care of. Bianca, Chris(valet), Rosa, Ismael, and Nicole were all professional, thorough and friendly. Thank you Bristol - we will be back again.

This is a lovely hotel with very comfortable and spacious rooms. the only downside were the noisy trams which made sleeping at time very difficult, we understood why the hotel supplied us with ear plugs. Other than that and COVID-19 madness we enjoyed our stay and would consider coming back in the future.

Thank you so much! We appreciate that you stayed with us especially during this crazy time. With limited amenities due to COVID_19 I am happy that our hotel was to your satisfaction. Being a downtown hotel we can get a bit of street traffic, next time you are with us we can put you on the quiet side of the hotel with minimal noise.
