Amazing pool and spa, great facilities and a top location! I've stayed here 4 years out of the past 5 and I've always had a great experience. Staff and friendly and welcoming. We love the garden rooms with the great seating area outside for meals in the sun!

Even though we arrived early in the day, our room was ready for us. We were transported to our room in a cart and immediately felt at home. The view from our balcony was very relaxing with beautiful foliage and a glimpse of the pool. Our convention experience was fantastic from the trade show to the waiters at the many...

Is is very expensive if you consider what you can expect from this price. The mattress as well the furniture need some renovation. The location is not the best one you can expect. The swim pool is also very small.

Thank you so much for staying with us and for your feedback. We do regret that you don't feel your stay was worth the money, but please note that when you come for a convention you sometimes are also paying for the meeting space and meal functions. We have and will be updating our guestrooms soon. We have 3 swimming...

Overall pretty nice. The landscape is nice to look at from the balcony. A little more attention to detail would be nice in the rooms...baseboards and some other places had dirt/spills that looked like they had been there a while. Glasses had finger prints on them but i never use those anyways. I would stay there again but not my...

Rooms were rather dated. Really needs a major update. Was originally put in one of the bungalows and there was not even enough room for two people to move around in. They were very good about getting us changed to a new room. The food at the restaurants was very good. Rather pricey but good. We had out banquet there...

It is true that some of our guestrooms have not been as recently updated as others, but we're looking forward to some positive changes. We're glad you enjoyed the restaurant food and will have our food and beverage manager take a look at the banquet meal served at your function. Glad you enjoyed our beautiful grounds!

Rooms far too pricey for an average hotel. Location is convenient for a conference but away from the city. Several dining options within walking distance, though I found the grille was quite slow to serve our food---one in our party had to leave before the food arrived!

Thanks for coming for your conference. We are centralized in Mission Valley, and a trolley station within walking distance can take you to downtown San Diego for a very reasonable price. Also, as you mention, the mall is right next door for shopping and other dining options. Thanks for your review.

I sent a few Amazon packages to the hotel which arrived 1-2 weeks before my booking started. I often do this an never had any problem - the hotel staff kept always keeps these for me at the reception. This time around I was told I needed to pay 25/package per day - plus they told me my packages arrived...

The planners for your group were explained the package room charges in advance and I'm sorry that you were not relayed the information. I am glad that we did waive the storage fees for you. Since we are a convention hotel we received numerous packages and they have to be stored in a package room facility staffed by a full-time...

Quite outdated, everything needs renovation. Especially the restaurants are disappointing. Breakfast buffet poor, only cereals, eggs and fruits. Location between highways. Please invest money to remodel the property.

Overall my experience as OK. A little hard to find the room; this place is a maze once you get inside. But, I was able to park my car for the length of my stay and just use the trolley. A station is just across the street. The room smelled a little musty (I must have been in an older...
