We love the town and country for its location and amenities!! We will go back as soon as we can get away again! We really love the restaurant ARLO and we enjoy visiting it every time we are staying there. The grounds are very well maintained, the pool is relaxing and the service is friendly and accommodating.

Hotel staff upon check in was friendly and welcoming but one of our rooms was not ready and ended up taking another hour. If we had not had the second room that would have been a worse inconvenience. Rooms were dark and lacked warmth and while the interior furnishing were updated stepping out of the room into the hallway or out onto the “private fire pit” area felt like being in a hospital or government building. Private fire pit was exaggerated and not only were they not private the proximity to other peoples fire pits and walkways was uncomfortable with other guests taking chairs from other patios and leaving some fire pits without chairs. Rooms seemed unfinished with cracks, exposed Sheetrock and bathroom fixtures that didn’t fit. Bathtub refinishing was poor quality and made bathing uncomfortable. We were encouraged to use the texting service but did not get responses or the items we requested and after an hour and our food getting cold got out and retrieved the items ourselves. Security was having issues and police were on site chasing people down which did not give off a $200 a night hotel vibe. Upon checkout staff was friendly but we

My wife and I celebrated our 11 year wedding anniversary on May 8th. I had the pleasure of working closely with Reuben and Joshua to plan a surprise getaway for my wife. Reuben ensured us that our stay was going to be memorable and that it was. We had the privilege of staying on the 10th floor of the Palm Tower in the a beautiful suite (1020). The room was very spacious with beautiful decor. Some area of the living room was slightly dusty with some residuals of stains; but overall was clean. In the second restroom (with the powder area) the bath tub would not fill because the drain plug did not work well. Our experience at Arlo was memorable, our personal curated diner by chef Joshua was AMAZING! Overall a very great getaway.

Our daughter’s dance competition was hosted by Town and Country Resort which is how we learned of the hotel. The rate was a great deal for the newly remodeled property. Food and service was good. The property is close to the San Diego Zoo and other local attractions, shopping malls and restaurants.
