I truly enjoyed my stay at the Doubletree. All the staff was excellent except for one bartender who I think was either high or drunk while she was working (hot mess with the orders, there was alot more, just don't have time to get into it). But the maid service was excellent. Free airport shuttle with excellent service. Great front...

Lousy place... disgusting food. No hot showers. Shuttle never runs. Location. Is directly between highway and a dog park. Not exactly in the hub of downtown. Was very disappointed. Will not stay at the location again.

Dear A8057DBdaniele, Thank you for the comments you provided to us. We appreciate that you took the time to give us your feedback. Without it we could not improve our service that our guests are accustom to. I have talked to management in regards to your concern with the Shuttle services and the food at the restaurant. Hopefully next time...

The check in area is very "new age/trendy". Process to check in was pretty quick. I dropped bags off early in the morning before check in. Super easy. Stayed on the Hilton honors floors. Not sure what makes them different. I had a balcony looking at the city and of the bay. ODD number rooms get you that. EVEN you...

Noisy because of the airport and the freeway. Other than that the hotel is a little dated but sufficient but expensive for the type of hotel it is. The parking garage is extremely tight to maneuver especially with an SUV or a larger car

Getting someone on the care line was taking very long. No refrigerator in room is quite a pain. No light behind or in front of the long mirror so cannot really see things properly. I asked for an extra blanket and the next day it was missing from my room and had to call again. Keys stopped working 2 out...

Where to begin.... I don't think this hotel is owned or managed by Hilton. The staff is absolutely unaccommodating, the elevators take days to show up, and the parking garage is super dangerous. On top of all that, they charged my credit card for nights I did not stay at the hotel and refused to refund my money. Luckily my...

Great location! We walked to many restaurants and entertainment. We also took an Uber to the mall just a few miles away. We also got a rental car for the last couple of days because we drove to explore the shores. It is so conveniently located we were able to get everywhere on time and easily. Their shuttle drivers are...

The desk help was not very friendly, but the maid service was excellent. I got Andes mints on the night stand, and nice decorative touches in the bathroom. The room was very clean, and the fitness center had dumbells and a machine. The elevators were slow, and I was told that one of the three was not working. Also the...

Management is asleep at the wheel, unfortunately. Despite the attractive prices, it really isn't worth it. The major issue is that the hotel is clearly not under good management - front desk clerks do not respond to requests, do not recognize Hilton Honors status, the elevators are beyond slow and perpetually are going the wrong direction, and the beds are...

crabby morning desk staff and almost missed flight due to broken shuttle process...otherwise, fine hotel. Communication regarding interruptions to schedule for airport shuttle were completely lacking. They have a formal process for reserving a seat on the shuttle (which I did the night before) but the shuttle doesn't run on time and there is no communication when it is significantly...
