The rooms were cleaned. However you cannot clean thread bare carpets, baths with peeling enamel and faded walls. Air conditioning leaked and the extraction fans are so clogged with grunge they were ineffective. Window frames and doors falling to bits..We are normally easily pleased but this place was a 1 out of 10 and we are being generous. Would definitely...

Where to start?? This place is just nasty. I was afraid to use the coffee maker, not terribly sure about stepping into the shower. The tile floor in the bathroom gives the appearance of not having been mopped in months, the filter in the A/C unit DEFINITELY hasn't been changed in forever (has more fur on it than my dog...

This is by far the worst hotel I have stayed in. We visited San Diego on the final leg of our driving holiday from Vancouver to San Diego. During this trip (organised by a highly reputable third party travel company) we stayed in nine hotels with Mission Valley Resort being the last. On checking in, we were greeted by the...

I booked Three rooms as our family was visiting from abroad. All 3 rooms had the following: Mice (yes, big mice), Wet carpet, Horrible sewage smell, Hair from previous guest on bed sheets and pillow cases, Dirty bathrooms. The rooms DO NOT look anything close to what their website shows. There is no golf course contrary to what is shown...

Chris at the front desk was great. He took care of our diverse group with no problems & plenty of smiles and good cheer! We will definitely return to this hotel for another vacation. Keep up the good job, Chris!

The prior reviews don't lie - this place is DISGUSTING! Old, run-down, not clean. Lamp broken and taped together with masking tape (not even duct tape, c'mon!) Bathrooms filthy. Drapes falling off the rod. Beds hard as nails with the thinnest pillows I have ever seen in my life - didn't even know it was possible to make them that...

I came to this motel because the one I was in was only able to give me a two-night's stay. Since THIS hotel stated that it was/is a resort, I figured it was what I was looking for. The price was nice, but I'd have rather spent more for a cleaner, more up-to-date room. This hotel is more of just...

I stayed here a few weeks ago and this is by far the dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. It has stained walls and dusty dirty light fixtures. Would not stay here again. The people at the front desk were nice but it can't excuse a filthy room.

This hotel had to change our first room because someone had drawn obscene pictures on the bathroom door. Things we did not want our grandkids to see, should they visit us. The carpet was extremely filthy. And builders saw fit to have the bathroom door open and hit the toilet bowl, so the door would hit your feet and knees...

I had a great experience here last week. The guy at the front desk, Sean, was new but VERY helpful and nice. My room was poolside and in the 400 wing, I believe those rooms are newer and it is great to be right by the pool and hot tub. Our room was clean and nice. Nothing too fancy. At...
