Nice neighborhood, kind of seedy hotel. I thought the customer service was good. Lots of good food nearby, as well as gas stations and a pretty short walk to the beach. For the price you can't beat it though. Just don't expect a lot.

But no, no, apparently in some places this is not the case. The room was fine; I mean, a Motel 6 has more ambiance, but it did the job--bed, shower, small fridge and a microwave. Perfect for a work trip on a budget. But the continued struggle for any sort of internet connection, even to check email, was a killer....

My favorite thing about this daily, weekly, monthly motel is that it does not do bookings online, which translates to the good ole fashioned scenario whereby extending your stay is an option. Because this business is not beholden to online bookings, the customer already staying in the motel has ability to stay another weekend while everywhere else is booked (often...

As some of the other reviewers mentioned, this isn't the Hilton but it is a decent studio apartment near the beach. It's fully furnished, clean enough, and there's a small kitchenette. It costs $25 more per week for two people, but it still comes out to about $320 after taxes. That's pretty good for a furnished place close to the...

I stayed here from September thru December 2011 having recently relocated to the area and looking for a long term apartment. I will attest to the fact that while the rooms are not the Ritz Carlton (this is a beach place), you simply cannot find a better deal at the beach. Located in a nice area it is surrounded by...

I had lived in Pacific Beach before and upon moving back needed an affordable and convenient place to stay while in 'transition' looking for housing rentals. Yes, it is older and is not going to suit everyone.. . The rate for a week was $250+tax/100 cash deposit. (which was refunded). That's about $40/day which is very reasonable. Roomy, clean, friendly...

This place is a complete dump. Not only are the rooms a joke; dirty linens with stains, carpeting that smells, showers that barely have pressure, very loud with kids & traffic, et al., the staff is comprised with ex-druggies who lack teeth and are very unpleasant. They conduct in illegal activity for long term stays. BE WARNED: If you stay...

Wow this place is great. Front office staff is awesome. They were very friendly and quiet knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure my stay was nothing but the best. Very clean rooms, clean sheets and towels. All windows were sparkling and they have the cleanest bathrooms I have seen yet. Not to mention the landscaping beautiful...

Friendly staff, clean spacious room, great local amenities. For $32 don't expect art deco with spectacular views but this place is a great wee find with genuine charecter!
