Check in is a disaster you wait for over an hour in line just for them to tell you that you need $100 deposit cash no cards allowed. Every one needs to ailed to tell me go to atm because no one carries cash anymore. Failed to tell me about $5 parking fee needs to be cash also luckily I got more cash then I needed otherwise back to the atm . Give her $10 for parking but never gave me change I forgot as well because your frustrated from waiting in line again and you just want your room . Upon check out another hour waite she didn’t to leave the hotel to get deposit back e told m.I tell the front desk about my change from parking she said “I don’t care” I knew I wasn’t going to get my money back but at least they could acknowledge that and apologize for it people make mistakes. I was floored at her response. …
The room reeked upon arrival. Secondly, there was mold growing at the bottom of the door. The security latch on the door was broken, probably because whoever stayed in here prior was in a life or death situation. I also had a roommate stay with me, he had to be a 2 inch long roach. The floor was stickier than molasses. As soon as possible, I’d urge them to bulldoze the whole super 8, perform an exorcism upon the grounds and erect a brand new facility under the name Hilton.
Stayed in room 324 a couple nights, 5/11 -5/13. Room 324 had no Wi-Fi. Informed front counter, but they gave no response. Also, room key card was not functional, inactive a couple times. Went to front counter 1 time then went to room to discover room key still inactive. Went to front counter again then room key card finally functioning. This occurred within 10 minutes of each time. Another inconvenience.
At night there gunshot in the parking lot and criminal activity..cars burning tires and people fighting..avoid at all cost..and they say breakfast included but its not true only pastries they answer is that because of covid no more breakfest its 2 years the covid is on about time to update your page online about the breakfest.
Room was OK - a standard US motel room. Breakfast was virtually non existent - drip coffee and a plastic wrapped supermarket muffin were the only things on offer. I had booked the room on a well know online travel website with a fixed rate. However, at the motel I was charged more. I have written to the hotel a few times about this but have not received any reply.
Filthy bathroom, pubic hair on towels, shower floor had hair from previous guests. Dogs barking and chained to railing. Guest smoking weed outside our room. Elevator did not go up all the floors, beer on floor
This hotel is the worst. Tons of spiders everywhere including the bed which is extremely uncomfortable. Spider webs everywhere. Each towel that was in the room was dirty. AC in the room didnt work as well
Horrible, dirty place, unfriendly staff. Hotel is non-smoking, but a lot of smokers there outside the rooms smoking. Stairs and walkways were very dirty, trash around the site. Room looked clean, but noticed hairs in the shower, furniture was old and looked dirty.
Horrible customer service. Rooms nasty with bugs. Shower filthy the staff rude. Loud long term tenants. Security guard rude. Dirty towels I can go on and on about how I paid for two days left and rented another hotel.
I would give it a zero if I could! No towels! They tell you it’s okay for late check out, then expect you to be checked out at the normal checkout time, if you don’t hurry out- security comes and threaten to call the cops! Parking lot is gross. You can tell that a lot of people just live there! I won’t be going back!
