Traveling with a family of 4 (kids ages 6 & 9) this is not a kid friendly environment - I kinda felt bad that my little people were kind of excited about the day's itinerary in the lobby or in the elevator etc. Mostly business professionals and older adults. The hotel is next to the jail and courthouse - a...

I am a frequent business traveler to San Diego and my regular hotel is Manchester Hyatt. On this visit, I was traveling with colleagues who had already booked at Renaissance. I decided to be a team player and follow suit, so we would all be in the same hotel and I could show them around. Well, no good deed goes...

Not the best Renaissance I've stayed in, and actually one of (if not the) worst. Not to say the hotel was terrible, but it is definitely aging and in need of a renovation. It's location is ok, but not really close to anything. And on top of it, no lounge yet (made up for it with breakfast at least), and...

Located in the business district, just 5 min waling from Little Italy´s must restaurants and bars, and 10 min walking from Gaslamp District. So, you can walk to the main San Diego´s attractions and nigh venues. Modern Interior Design. You can chill at the lobby or in the two contemporary design bars, one located in the roof garden over the...

This hotel is very nice. The lobby/bar area is cozy and the décor is stylish. The rooms are comfortable and, while my room's view wasn't great, it was quiet and offered everything I needed. The room décor was very beach-y. I felt safe there which is important to me.

After having a bad experience at our previous hotel, we went on a different direction and selected the Renaissance located in downtown San Diego. Building and attention is really nice. I still cannot bare the fact the hotel has no parking lot (other than valet parking). They told us we could use the public parking around the corner or the...

Had a short one night stay here but it was a great place. The service throughout the hotel (from valet, bellman, front desk and lobby bar) were all awesome. I had two meals in the hotel, one appetizer at the bar and one through breakfast room service and food was great. Hotel was very clean and modern. Only a few...

I stayed at the Renaissance for two nights. The hotel was very accommodating, allowing me to check in early and check out late - although late checkout is a perk of my Marriott rewards status. The front desk clerk gave me a map of the area and provided great recommendations for restaurants. The executive king room was very nice. It...

Stayed for a quck 2 nights in San Diego. We had 3 people in our party and booked the basic guest room with 2 double beds. I noticed on the website that each room had a seating area near the window. This area turned out to be large enough to sleep on, so a cot was not needed. Hotel was...

Hello

I stayed there for Business and for Business trips I typically prefer cabs or Limousine Services.

I recommend to look up the hotel's Website (I guess they have garages at extra Charge) or to ask the Tripadvisor community.

Downtown San Diego generally is critical with individual parking lots.

I do hope this is helpful to you.

Have a nice stay - it's wonderful.

Best regards

Kurt

Good Afternoon Fabian,

We unfortunately do not have any bike rentals thorough the hotel but there is a program that is run by the city that is close to us. The location is very close to the hotel on Broadway avenue that has bikes for rent. If you would like to see more information, please visit.. decobike San Diego.

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Thank you
