Stayed here with a friend before attending a business meeting. The location is fantastic. Shops, bars, restaurants and more all at your door. The hotel itself is pretty run down but that's reflected in the price being cheaper than the other hotels in that area of gaslamp. The staff were friendly and their style suited the hotel really... not over...

Good locaction, room very small, shower had to be turn off and and the curtain open in order to soap, it was the only way to do it. Carpet in the lobby was very old. Overall not a bad experience

I stayed here World Baseball Classic. I took my parents for the weekend to watch some ball games. I was pleasantly surprised with the resort. It is outdated but it is in the middle of Downtown with lots to do. The rooftop terrace is awesome. I didn't know that the hotel was also next to Brian's 24. My favorite breakfast...

I am on night 3 of a 6 night stay. The staff has been nothing but friendly and accommodating; they have been the highlight of my stay so far. Today is St. Patrick's day. At no point in time prior to my stay was there any warning that the streets next to the hotel would be shut down, nor that...

The location is great, very close to everything. Staff is nice. But the hotel us super dated. The air conditioners make loud noise and the elevator is scary.

Our stay at this hotel was pleasant, the rooms were adequate and clean, nothing fancy but it was located in a prime location, walking distance to all major bars, eateries and shopping. Room service was fast and polite. I don't know if I would stay here again solely based on the terrible parking situation, you can only valet your car and...

Location was good. In the middle of Gaslamp district. Good access to bars and restaurants. Parking is an issue. My only complaint is why Ramada charged my $1.50? I know it's petty but I was just there for a short trip. I left the place in good shape. I don't like hidden fees. They need to provide free parking for...
