This hotel was by far one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at on hotel circle. It quite, clean a very nice. I stayed with my wife for night and couldn't be more happier. I am a hotel general manager for a palm springs hotel and this place is extremely well taken care of.

Outstanding property, beautiful furnished large rooms. Very friendly and terrific service. Rooms were very clean and modern. We couldn't figure out how to work the TV and called the front desk. Help arrived in less than two minutes. Nice balcony and great facilities.

This was a beautiful, modern and relatively new property, but I got a weird vibe when I walked in, and I later learned why. I didn't know the history of how it was funded. The property is weird and has religious artifiacts and bible verses everywhere. There is a wailing wall replica, bizarre piped music, a 3D hologram of the bible and underground catacombs to mimic stations of the cross. There are security guards everywhere even though I literally never saw another hotel guest while I stayed there. Digging deeper, I discovered, it was funded 100% with cash from a nutjob televangelist that probably fleeced his flock while he became a gazillionaire and isn't paying taxes. No thanks.

I rented a room here and was shocked by the quality of the room. When you walk through the hotel lobby the air has a great scent as if you are walking through a spa. You would never guest a place like this exist given its location but this place is amazing. I also hosted a dinner for friends and the lady DD Goodman to care of everything. She is the kind of woman that finishes your sentence before you get it out. Scarily professional, creative, and made every one of my request seem like it was a minor task. This place is absolutely amazing

I recently attended a network event at the Legacy. DD Goodman was our coordinator. She was superb! Our group received outstanding service, the food and libations were fantastic, and the facility is simply beautiful. May I add, the Presidential Suite is gorgeous. I highly recommend the Legacy for events and lodging.

This hotel is beautiful! Very clean and modern. We have a room facing the pool with a balcony! Check in was quick and easy. Aniya at the front desk is AMAZING!! She was very welcoming and went above & beyond to make us comfortable after a long day (from the East coast) of traveling. She gets 10 stars from me! And the hotel gets 5! The next time I’m in San Diego, I’ll stay here again!

Clerk who checked us in Tuesday night was rude and very entitled. Also didn’t know anything about the hotel. Gentleman at desk(and pretty much everyone else) have been great. Amenities are decent, digital info on screen is not at all helpful.

From the time I arrived until the time I left, my experience and my stay was great. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was pretty full when I checked in so I was upgraded to a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. The room was so beautiful. Also any amenities you need are available at request through your tv. Towels, coffee, air freshener, etc. Also the phone gives a perfect visual of the hotel and what’s around. I ordered room service and although the taste of breakfast wasn’t worth the price, I didn’t mind it because I was on vacation. In my honest opinion, unless you have to drive far out to see family, friends and attractions that aren’t close. I would recommend not getting a rental car and just taking an Uber/Lyft, that way you can avoid the $25 daily parking fee. The hotel is pretty convenient to most attractions. Lastly, even though I was told the hotel was full, it was so quiet, it was like walking through a library. The pool and Jacuzzi were so relaxing. There was never more than 4 people at a time. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will be staying again.

Staff Ordered room service and received it with no utensils and a mug of cold coffee (not a usual small thermos). Wanted to use the fitness facility but could not find out either online or on their tv ads or asking the front desk what equipment they had for me to use. Spa seems to be closed a lot. Hotel itself is clean, pretty and new. They need help with all the things that make a hotel work.
