I stayed in this hotel for a week for my meeting. Overall, it is a nice hotel, good location, very clean and comfortable. I left tip almost everyday for the house keeper who come to clean the room. One day that I was in hurry and forgot to do , they did not come to clean the room. My friend...

As soon as you get out of your car you are greeted with a smile and a hello from some good people, Sergio, Abraham, Jon, Juan, Craig and Christian, Hector, Marc, and Omar, and when you walk inside you are greeted by some of the nicest people you could ever meet, Nicolette, Darren, Brian, Sara, Charlotte, Jose, Xavier and Stacy.....

Great staff and service. The lobby bar is good but make your way up to the roof top bar. Hotel rooms are spacious and newer compared to the hotels closer to the convention center. It is a short walk to Petco 3 blocks. Valet was a little slow and expensive. Overall I would come back again.

I stayed at this Hotel Indigo during the end of April… the weather was perfect to top off the great experience. The lobby area was so welcoming. The hotel staff members are amazing… attentive, knowledgeable about local information and great with pets. The hotel is very dog friendly but you won’t see a bunch of dogs running around. It’s very...

Super friendly and accomodatibg staff. The room was spacious and very clean. Parking was expensive. Watching the ball game from the rooftop bar was a very nice added bonus. I would definately stay here again. The convienence of being able to walk to restaurants was great.

The staff at the hotel turned an otherwise ordinary, almost mundane hotel stay into an excellent one. Every single person I dealt with was on-the-ball and jumped at the opportunity to help me out. I was an unusual customer: I rented a bike instead of a car, I wanted a gym pass, I preferred no housekeeping, and I had a...

I recently stayed here for 5 nights and it was the best experience I've had in san diego! I flew in from Asia for graduation and Brian checked me and helped me get situated. He was so friendly and understanding. Although the reason I wanted to stay there was for the rooftop bar I ended up going to the restaurant...

My stay with Hotel Indigo was outstanding. Along with clean, comfortable accommodations, the staff was exceptional in every way. The individuals working the bar were kind, amicable, and professional. We were helped by Matt, Mike, Chris, and Curtis. Can't put a price on great customer service;) Thank you for making me feel welcome and at home!

Stayed here for three nights while attending a function at the SD concourse. It's a nice walk or taxi ride to either the convention center or the concourse. The hotel is close enough you can walk to the various clubs and pubs in the gaslamp, but just far enough that you can't hear the music. The rooftop bar on the...
