Parc Suites provided a great home base for our week long stay in San Diego. The suite was clean, exactly as described, and the perfect size/space for my wife and I. The location provided quick and easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. Kelly was there to greet us for our late arrival, and helped make sure we got...

Parc Suites was PERFECT for a month long vacation for staying next door to our son, daughter-in-law and 19 month old grandson. He loved walking back and forth between our apartments. It was fenced so we could play outside safely. It is in a lovely neighborhood that we could take the stroller and go for walks, ending up at a...

My husband and I spent several days at the Parc Suites. We were assigned the larger suite above the office. The management was great, very helpful and friendly. The location is convenient to grocery stores and within easy walking distance to bus stops. There was on-site parking for free. Some reviewers complained about the location/area. It is a real neighborhood...

Once again another wonderful stay at Parc Suites. Its always my go to hotel when I'm in San Diego. I enjoy being able to walk to downtown and using the putting green. I'm always amazed and the new upgrades every time I stay there. Thanks again Kelly

I found Parc Suites to be the perfect place for my 6-night vacation in San Diego. I stayed in the one studio unit and was totally impressed by the high end amenities and efficient use of space. I got together with a couple of girlfriends while here, and we each had a super-comfy bed (mine even had a remote control...

This apartment type was great. The atmosphere was great and I felt really safe in the neighborhood. I really liked the fact of having codes instead of keys so then I didn't have to worry about being locked out. My only suggestion would be to have maybe rug grippers so that the rugs don't slip and slide. The kitchen was...

I really enjoyed this place. It's basically an apartment, with a kitchen, appliances (including a garbage disposal) and all the cookware, dishes, etc. Kind of a Victorian home (I think it's on the National Register or something like that) that has been remodeled into multiple apartments. Some have made negative comments about the neighborhood. I just didn't see it as...

We had great service, and a fantastic time. Granite counter-tops, cable, comfy bed, nice staff, and an overall Gem. People also complained about the "sketchy" location. This is not in the ghetto, and it is not in La Jolla (Mitt Romney Richville). It's across the street from an elementary school for goodness sake. Overall a great stay, great value, will...

We found this gem on Vacation Rentals By Owner. The apartment was above and beyond what we had expected. This was an old Victorian Home was the renovated into several apartments. The unit was spacious with updated appliances, coziness of home and close to the gas lamp district. We had a kitchen big enough to make meals. The home is...

I found this little gem on line and the unit was just as described. I frequently walked down to the gaslamp district or the cab ride was a cheap 6.00. This place is very quiet and the bed is incredibly comfortable. Laundry facilities on site which added to the convenience. A nicely appointed kitchen made dinner prep (when I didn't...
