My family and I had such a great stay at San Diego Mission Bay Resort! Everything was perfect from start to finish and the room service was always delivered so quickly! One of the best parts was the welcome that Aricelo at the front desk gave us! He was so humorous yet professional and set the tone for a great stay!!! He offered suggestions for things to do and let me know of all the fun activities available on site. Would definitely come back!

This is a great hotel and beautiful location. I was there for a work conference but unfortunately i wont return or recommend knowing that people can bring any pet that they want into the room. Dogs are ok. I am not a fan of birds.

This property is old and run down. I had a large bug crawl out of my couch when I checked in. The sheets were stained and pillow cases had holes in them. The towels and bath mat were both stained with brown marks. The carpet in the room is old and stained. Not worth the price.

I want to say that I am so satisfied with this hotel ! The food the hotel the entire experience was so soothing ! Staff are so nice and helpful the bar is open until 10pm-11pm the drinks are good SALVADOR is so nice & is always checking on you makes you laugh.

My wife and I were attending a Gala at the hotel along with 200 others for Rise Up Industries charitable event. Upon arriving after a hectic day in our personal lives, my wife realized her front hem on her formal Black Dress had started to unravel...and so was she. Sitting in the courtyard in tears, I ran into the Mercado and pleaded with the 2 attnedants to help me find a cure for my wifes dilema. That is where Angie sprung into action and saved the night by somehow tacking my wifes hem in the dressing room with such class and patience...a life saver for that moment. She would also not accept any grautiy. San Diego Mission Bay Resort, you have a very valuable employee in Angie. Thank You!

First, there is a resort fee of $40 & daily parking fee of $42 in addition to room fee. We were on the 2nd level of the building we stayed in & there was no elevator so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs. The building itself was covered in spider webs with dead bugs trapped and spiders. Once inside our room, the room was cute and clean but had a really overpowering musty smell that we could not get past. Checked out after one night & went to a way better hotel that cost less without the fees & free breakfast.

Ginger was incredible. I came in very late after a long day of travel and she was beyond accommodating. She treated me like a friend vs a guest. She was incredibly kind and it did not go unnoticed. I’ve sang her praises ever since. Thank you, Ginger.

Specifically paid for a room on the beach. This was more on the side, and the phone didn’t work, neither did the air conditioning. There was also three cigarette buds on the patio, one of which my two year old daughter picked up. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Ended up leaving after just three hours.

Didn’t have soap or even a pen in my room. Coffee machine without cups. No complementary waters. No breakfast buffet, just restaurant. Not a premium hotel. Had better experience with budget ones. Facilities were not as clean. Hotel is a bit old.
