This is a beautiful hotel. I appreciate that the staff tried to accommodate our needs. My favorite staff member was Anna in the coffee bar. She was amazing! She was so fast doing it all alone and friendly.

The service exceeded our expectation starting and ending with April at the front desk She checked us in and out. She was sincere in wanting our stay to be the best it could be. She went over and above to answer all our questions. She is what every hotel needs representing their brand. I would hire her. The Concierge was...

I expected more for the price. We were given a hotel room right outside of their event tent. The band was so loud we ended up having to move rooms since the event went until midnight! The bedrooms had been updated but the showers were still old. The pool was great. Breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant was $24. There...

All the family loved this hotel. The rooms were huge with enormous sliding doors opening out onto a balcony overlooking very pretty gardens and the water beyond. There were humming birds everywhere and ducks with their ducklings around the grounds. The pool area is lovely with a decent size shallow pool and several spa pools. Lots of free sun loungers...

We stayed here on a Business trip for a convention that was onsite and the hotel and Facilities were excellent, my partner was in the meetings so I killed time at the local attractions but the hotel was always clean and tidy, and chilled out, in a really quiet peaceful area and nice surroundings. Staff were always very friendly and...

The hotel is situated nicely on the water's edge with a path along the shore where you can meander for miles. It is clean, friendly, organized, and it feels as if you are welcomed as much on the outdoors of the property as well as inside the resort. The restaurant on location employs kind servers and has a decent, albeit...

Overall an underwhelming experience. We requested getting 4 towels for the family. They were delivered but when they cleaned back up the next day they only left 2 towels. I know first world problems but when you pay $300+ (don't forget the resort fee) a night for the place you expect a little service. The worst part was the 20...

The staff is very eager to help you and to ensure that your stay is as good as you expect. Had small problem with housekeeping but was quickly and efficiently resolved. The balcony made the stay and was the exact get away I was looking for.

After a nightmare of a drive from LA, we were looking forward to checking into the hotel and hitting the pool. At check in, we were advised of a resort fee of $35 per night. The whole resort fee thing is completely annoying as it's a cynical way for the hotel to make money but when they then advised of...

Dear Jill, Thank you for being our guest at Hilton San Diego Resort & Spa. The staff here is great. They were really helpful when I had a little issue with my travel. The location is really nice. The rooms are in decent shape for an older hotel. The restaurant Acqua Californie Bistro was a little pricey but food was good and service was great.
