Nothing exciting about this place my room wasn’t even properly cleaned nor inspected as there was a leftover speaker and hair all over the place the bed shower bathroom I was too drunk to even care I just went to sleep
It was my second time staying in this hotel. My husband and I decided to do a staycation for his birthday. We brought our dog with us. Dogs stay for free. Check-in was seamless. They upgraded our room to a corner premium room which was nice. Room service was fast. Bed was very comfy - I slept really good :) Overall we had a great time. One downside is the homeless nearby we did see a few uncivilized events around the hotel but that's just part downtown nowadays.
The location remained quiet, but was literally on the block to enjoy the nightlife of the district. Get the livelihood through the night, but silence for a good sleep when you are finished with your fun.
I LOVE this hotel. From the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out we were overwhelmed with delight at the incredible hospitality here. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. I have to give Justin a shout-out...Thank you for everything! And the view of the sunset!! Wow, just WOW! I CANNOT WAIT to stay here again!
We came here for business but found ourselves so in love with the property that we stayed an extra two days. This was during our statewide shutdown due to COVID, so most of the amenities were unavailable. Still, it was excellent. Do not go here if you are very price-sensitive. There are fees that I find to be completely normal and very reasonable for a property of this caliber ($36 amenity fee). In my opinion this is small potatoes for the excellence they provide. Don't stay at a 4-star hotel if you expect 2-start prices. It's difficult to describe how highly I would recommend this place. We have never been hotel regulars, but now we want to visit the Pendry often. Open pool service, restaurants, and the spa will only make it that much better once this is all over (again, they were all closed due to COVID). All of the employees were spectacular, but we found that Kayla at the front desk was incredibly gracious, warm, and genuinely friendly. She's either a great actress (and should move up to LA for a few gigs if that's the case), or, more likely, a naturally hospitable person. Again, we cannot recommend this place enough. …
