Friendly staff, clean hotel. Games in the common areas, nice, relaxing place to hang out. The beds are comfortable and the breakfast is good. Typically continental breakfast and since we stayed during the week, they served a hot food item each day. Parking is $45 per day 😐 which can add up but the service and accommodations are great. I would definitely stay here again with the family or when we travel alone. My favorite hotel so far in SD.

This is a very clean and nice hotel. Staff were friendly and inviting. The breakfast was not all that but I understand with COVID. And the jacuzzi wasn’t available. Other than that we loved the location. And the parking either pay for valet or park on the street.

I was able to use my digital key to enter a occupied room. I was charged for a date that I was not at the hotel. I had to change room twice due to my room being occupied. I could not receive any business calls. I had to sit in a car to conduct my business. The person in the room next to my room snored very loud. I had to leave early due to my business calls going to voicemail. I was told at the time that AT&T service is very poor in the hotel. Be aware... my experience was horrible!

On this trip a senior citizen tripped and fell on the property in front of the lobby and not a single employee came over to ask if he was okay or needs assistance. He was literally left to lie on the ground until our family members and another hotel guest helped him off of the ground. It was a terrible experience and one that showed a lack of care by the hotel staff. I overheard the valet talk amongst themselves about his fall and their chuckling amongst themselves was disrespectful! I could not recommend this hotel to anyone.
