A decent hotel with all mod cons, efficient and friendly staff from check in to check out and everything in between. One minor quibble is that like many hotels, while there is a work desk and a good internet connection via wifi, there are not enough plugs in the work area. I had to unplug the clock in order to...

Thank you for the feedback regarding your recent stay. I can certainly understand the need for more electrical outlets. The hotel was designed and constructed over 100 years ago and was not equipped with outlets to meet the needs of today's travelers. It has been an ongoing project to modernize the electrical infrastructure and most of the rooms have been...

I understand that hotels increase their pricing when demand is high, but be reasonable. Unfortunately we needed to be in Boston for medical reasons for my daughter, the Red Sox were playing at Fenway, our doctor was in Fenway so I knew it would be pricey to start with, but I have now found that the price thru Expedia that night was over $100...

I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations during your recent stay with us. As with many types of businesses, operating a hotel in Boston is somewhat seasonal and we do adjust our rates accordingly. In general, we are offer very competitive rates and value in the downtown business area. I have our maintenance and housekeeping...

This hotel is perfect for visiting BU or a game at Fenway, but other than that, it is a mediocre hotel. The queen bed was an undersized queen (slightly larger than a full, but definitely smaller than a standard queen. The hotel has a great view of a major highway and 2 busy streets, but the only window coverings were...

We like a lot this hotel. But sometimes (depends on the time of the year) is very expensive. The parking is expensive 30 plus tax. The carpet of the room could be cleanest and the bathroom has very old furniture. But the service is excellent and the building very charming

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate your feedback. Our rates do vary with our busy season being the spring/summer months. Our parking rate of $35 per night is typical in the City of Boston.

First I want to say that Sergio at the front desk was FABULOUS! And I really enjoyed being right around the corner from Fenway. That ROCKED! The beds were super comfy and nice TV. The room itself was a 2-bedroom. It's on old building and they tried to make it nice but our room was slanted so it always felt...

If you are going to Fenway this is the place to stay! I just hope you don't have a screaming drunk guy in the middle of the night that the Boston police had to remove from the room accrost the hall! Other than that it was all good!

If you are looking for a fair priced hotel in Boston near Fenway Park then this is the BEST place for you and your family. Don't expect fancy modern looking rooms that you will find in double the price hotels in the area but expect a good nights sleep and a nice restaurant located steps front the front desk. I've...

The room was very dirty, carpet had ground in stains, no closet just a rod to hang clothes. ONE power outlet. When using curling iron lights would dim like a breaker was going to blow. The ironing board was extremely small as well. Only good thing was the fridge and the TV. So upset.

We are sorry to see that you were not satisfied with your recent accommodations. Hopefully you brought this to the attention of the staff while you were here so we could address it immediately. We have stayed here many times and we love the price for the size of the rooms, the location and the ease of parking. Knocking off one star for the wierd mis-matched out of date furniture. Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighbourhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.
