Rooms and facility are Double tree standard. Food in Market pantry very good, however, they seem short handed at all times. Thus, making the greeting a wait a bit long. Nice to have a bar on site also. Breakfast is convenient and typical. Bed too hard for me.

The current trend in business to nickel and dime everyone to death has to stop. $230 a night and you don't even get a basic complimentary breakfast. Paying extra to park in the hotel parking lot when you are a paying customer is absurd. The parking lot is not even secure. Bed was way too soft and pillows had no...

This is a very nice hotel, after staying for 3 nights, I really have no complaints. It is a ways from central Boston, but I knew that when I booked. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was uniformly good - especially Rosel at the front dest, who was exceptional ( I am a rural person and was a...

The hotel staff were fantastic. Very friendly and keen to please. There was a fast food restaurant within the hotel which was adequate but not exciting. This is a missed opportunity because there are no other eating places around. The hotel was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel provided a Shuttle service from and too the...

Hotel was recently updated. Rooms were nice and clean...carpets are close to needing replaced. Front Desk Staff all spoke broken English and sometimes hard to understand. Amelia Front Desk Clerk was very helpful on complicated reservations. Food was very average. Walking distance to T Metro Train Station to downtown. We added a night to our reservation and had to checkout...

Front desk team was polite and welcoming. Room was decent - a small step up from a typical Hampton Inn room. Bathroom is a little dated - I'm 6' tall and the shower head was at about nose level. I did not try the restaurant or coffee shop, so I can not comment on that. However, if you want something...

Grat cookie! Staff very helpful with taxi, shuttle, and directions to city. Close to subway, and taxi to Boston commons was reasonable. We would stay here again. Double Tree is my favorite place to stay.

This is now my fourth DoubleTree stay at four different hotels in the last week (My company's preferred chain) and all that I can say is average. Not good, and not bad. For me, when I go to a hotel for a brief one, or two night stay the most important thing is a comfortable bed, and an excellent bathroom....

This is a great hotel to avoid paying downtown prices. It has easy access to the T into downtown. We didn't explore the area around the hotel too much, but past a Target on the way in - not sure if it's walkable. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I would definitely...

This is not much more than the quality of a Hampton Inn. Stayed four nights. Poor Service, bad food. Missed the first wake up call entirely. Later in the week, tried three times to call down for a wake up call, each time let the phone rang 45 times with no answer. Has to go to the front desk to...

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Bayside Doubletree. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experience. The Marketplace Café and Take Away is a casual, limited-service dining experience. We also have a full bar in Lobby open each night from 5pm-12am. We serve Starbuck’s coffee and specialty drinks, crisp salads,...
