We had a great four days in Boston made so much easier and better with the help of the concierge desk. Lisa, Natalie, Alaina were all so helpful and kind. Every suggestion was spot on and each gave us fantastic advice. So grateful.More

Thank your for the review you posted on Trip Advisor regarding your stay in November here at the Sheraton Boston hotel. I will definitely share your posting with the staff at the Concierge desk, they will definitely appreciate being mentioned. I hope that...More
I traveled here with my scientist husband. We've stayed here before for meetings. I love the comfortable bed, big room, quietness of the hotel, nice gym and the proximity to shopping and great restaurants. My maid was awesome too. We stayed on the 24th floor...More
The location of the hotel is great. It's walkable distance to many nice restaurants and shops. Public transportation is near by. You may take subway to any tourist attractions. The room is clean and comfy. The only downside is that I have to paid $25...More
The hotel appears to have been upgraded some since my last visit about 3-4 years ago. I stayed on the club floor in a large suite room and it was very nice. Clean, good condition, a refrigerator that could be used and not filled with...More
Dark carpets. Poor customer service. Old furniture. Needs urgent renovation. Don't recommend it to anyone. Breakfast in a no windows conference room. Depressing.

Wander around this quintessential neighborhood in the heart of Boston for high-end shops, restaurants, and the feeling of city bustle. Its most identifiable skyscrapers, the Prudential Center and John Hancock Tower, are highlights of the city skyline. Visit Newbury street to explore unique and trendy boutiques – as well as every other kind of store imaginable – all housed in beautiful brownstone buildings. In nice
weather, restaurant patio seating is packed with Bostonians and tourists alike soaking up the sunshine and enjoying the food. Commonwealth Ave offers a beautiful stroll down residential tree-lined streets. Keep walking towards the Charles River and enjoy a beautiful view by the water. In warmer months, people run and bike on paths running along the esplanade, and sail and kayak on the Charles River. Boylston street, also full of shops, bars, and restaurants, is the finish line of the Boston Marathon. Head towards Copley Square and check out the Boston Public Library, which is particularly beautiful from the Dartmouth street entrance.
