I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff. Lots of history in and about the hotel. The location is great to explore Boston. The rooms are nice sized for a big city. Beds are comfortable. I would stay again.

If you want modern, this isn't for you but if you appreciate true character, charm, amazing service, and solid and stunning architecture, it's a must. Stay often enough and you'll start to feel like family.

The Omni Parker House is a historic, old hotel - a landmark in itself. It doesn't have the space and features of a contemporary modern hotel -- the décor is a bit dated, and the rooms can be small. But let none of that dissuade you. This hotel continues to deliver a very good value for the heart of Boston....

Not worthy to recommend others to stay because of poor check-in exerpience and strict hotel policy. No free Wi-Fi internet access and charged nearly $10 for limited access. Room cleaniness is however acceptable. Local is excellent because of its proximity to the Boston Common and Quincy Market.

This hotel is extreamly dated. Our guest room was ridiculously small. Two people could not walk past each other without bumping into one another. You could not close the bathroom door without maneuvering yourself against the wall.

Would highly recommend this hotel great location you are able to walk to everything you would want to see in the City. My son and I didn't take a taxi or uber once. The beds are very comfortable in fact you might not want to get out of them. Great stay!!

The Omni sits right in the historic district of Boston. It is an elegant hotel with a beautiful lobby. There are outstanding restaurants nearby as well as easy to access public transportation. Our room was very comfortable. However, the bathroom was a bit small.

Great staff always very attentive! Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Great location for all activities and right on the freedom train which makes it easy to find out way back. I am a bit fussy and the staff made sure I had a quiet room and followed up with me prior to check in to make sure I was feeling...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
