From the moment I reserved the room to the email inviting me to check in online to checking in to walking in to the room, etc., I felt as if OMNI was trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. For extra money I could upgrade (understandable), get a late check out ($50 - really?), get a dessert,...

Great old hotel in the heart of the city. It's an easy five minute walk to the T and on the freedom trail. oozing with history from centuries of historic guests, the rooms are super clean, well- appointed and very comfortable. I stayed in a queen room on the east corner of the building overlooking School st and the old...

The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. The hotel is in the perfect location for people visiting Boston for the first time. I get lost very easily wherever I go but due to this hotel being on the freedom trail it is very east to find your way back to. It is also very central and it is...

This is the second time I have stayed at the Omni Parker in Boston. It is a nice, clean and comfortable place to stay. My only recommendations is to avoid the 14th floor. They have a ballroom above it and the noise spills into level below from the staircase. Friday and Saturday nights were loud with people screaming and yelling...

Our third stay at the Omni Parker House in Boston and they just keep getting better! Our youngest son Jacob who is 13, recently told us his favorite memory ever was staying at the Omni Parker House in Boston. We had the amazing luck to be able to stay in the luxurious Parker suite last year. Because Jacob has really...

the hotel is within walking distance of the finish line and activities on Boylston. Close to restaurants. Room noise from outside disturbed our sleep each night. The room AC/heating unit was very loud as it cycled on/off, also disturbing our sleep at night.

The hotel is in a great location for the Boston marathon. Staff are very friendly and customer service focused. the one complaint is the noise level during the night. The walls are too thin- you could hear the conversations in the hall and next room.

I wasn't happy with this hotel. I paid a good price for this hotel and expected it to be exceptional. That wasn't the case. The bed was awful and this was tough considering I was going to be running the Boston Marathon.

This hotel was wonderful ad very accommodating for the runners in the Boston Marathon and there families! I give my stay two thumbs up! This hotel is located where the busses load to take the runners to Hopington and it is located less than a mile from the race finish line! PERFECT!

I recently stayed at Omni Parker Boston to attend a conference. My mom stayed with me so she could see Boston. What can I say about this hotel but that it was AMAZING! I don't understand some of the other reviews - I guess it's more about the hotel itself. It is old-fashioned and historic. But I loved that. It...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
