I love the 8th floor rooms looking over the park. But even the lower floors have lovely tree top views. Room service is friendly and prompt everyone is aiming to please. This time we were there marathon weekend and they had added running shoes to the flower displays and the staff were all wearing Boston t shirts. The service at...

The Four Seasons Boston upholds the Four Seasons philosophy and practice of service to a tee. Outstanding! I appreciate so much how they embrace families! I would recommend a room with a park view - it came in handy as we hung out in our room during a downpour! The park is still beautiful in the rain! And when we...

My son and I were in town visiting colleges and had an enjoyable stay at the Four Seasons in Boston. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the hotel is well located near parks, shopping and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and family travel.

From the welcoming staff outside the hotel, to the smiling and warm reception desk staff, and the wonderful housekeeping team we had nothing but a positive and wonderful experience. The hotel was beautiful, with amazing fresh flowers in the lobby, the morning coffee station was well-stocked, and every interaction was met with a smile over our 5 night stay.

We have stayed here despite living close by which is a delightful experience with amazing rooms and views of the park. But mainly we enjoy Sunday brunches here quite often as well as various holiday meals such as Easter and New Year's Day. Wonderful food and service. Absolutely love this place.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
