Yes, the rooms and bathrooms are small—but more than big enough. I found the rooms well appointed, very clean and perfect for a business stay. I stayed 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff can't be beat...they went out of their way to help me with my needs that had nothing to do with the room. If you...

We were there for 5 nights. The rooms were very nice, clean and modern...the only negative point is that it can be a little too small if you're searching spacy rooms. The location is perfect. The atmosphere of the neighborhood was calm despite the bar "fritz" just underneath. Having been in New York 7 days before, the contrast was very...

I was traveling on business and working long hours in a lab. The hotel was quiet, clean, and conveniently located by a 24 hr shops allowing me to get needed food and other items during off hours. The staff was extremely helpful.

This was our second stay at the Chandler Inn, and now all rooms have been renovated and look great. The room and bathroom were both clean, tidy - not huge, but definitely enough space for 2 people. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when I got lost trying to find my way from Logan and I had to call back...

The Chandler Inn is in a quiet residential neighborhood, and is a short walk from the Back Bay (South) station. I recommend the Inn for the location, as well as for the cordial and helpful staff, who got us into a very quiet upper-floor room a city view, right after check-in time. The room was clean, and was decorated with...

Superb location - walking distance to almost everywhere but out of the busy city fray. People are extremely nice and helpful, hotel is very clean and interestingly decorated. Small European style rooms, but without the big Europen style lobby where you can sit outside of the room. Almost no surface area to put down bags, toiletries, etc. Desk is too...

I stayed one night in this 'boutique hotel,' and can recommend it for its cleanliness, location, and staff. The bed in our room was a queen, and one of the firmer mattresses I've ever encountered in a hotel (which was fine by me, but may not suit all tastes--or backs). The bathroom was quite 'cozy'--hardly any space for the toilet...

The Chandler is a "pocket hotel" in a hip neighborhood an easy walk from Back Bay Station. It's clean, but rooms are small, general feel is just a bit cramped. Our room had no closet- only an open clothes rack, which dropped a star for sure. Its a fine place for a weekend stay- restaurants, shopping, and even live theatre...

This is a nice, stylish hotel in a good spot in Back Bay. The rooms are not as small as some reviewers make them out to be--we had a big bed, two very big nightstands/dressers (drawers big enough to hold a bunch of clothes in each one), plus a long narrow table to put stuff on. The bathroom was small...
