Hotel was nice, staff friendly and helpful. My room did not have a view but I did not care. I was very happy with the speed of the wi-fi even without the upgrade. My floor smelled like fresh paint, that might bug some people but it was fine with me.

It was very helpful to have Upper Deck HopOnHopOff bus stop right at hotel. We were there three nights on a pleasure trip and used HOHO 2 days. We used SilverLine bus (across a parking lot from hotel) to go to RedLine Subway and ride to JFK Library. Navigator (concierge) walked us to door and pointed out exactly where to...

Quick trip to Boston for REDSOX game. Good Hotel lots of food around. Would stay here again. Can't wait for next visit. Walking distance to pretty much everything, Friendly staff when arriving. They've got a nice bar area to relax at when you don't want to leave the hotel for any reason.

This hotel is very conveniently located and within longer walking distance to the downtown area / Freedom Trail walking tour. Parking was very close by (ramp entrance was around the block from the hotel) and the cost was about $70 for two nights. The pedestrian entrance/exit is shared with a condo residence, but it was open 24 hours so there...

Stayed here one night on a business trip for a conference in the Seaport area. First, realize that Boston has a limited number of hotel rooms so expect to pay a premium for above average rooms. Some aspects I liked: - Fast check-in. The reception desk was well staffed. - Modern room, well appointed, clean and comfortable. - Location. In...

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for one night over our anniversary weekend. The staff was very friendly & accommodating and we were very satisfied with our stay. The room had everything we needed - a comfy bed, a nice sitting area by the window which had a great view of the harbor, a mini fridge & a...

Had a fantastic stay for a convention. Easy access just two stops away from Logan Airport on the Silver Line. Convention Center is just a few blocks away. Room was very comfortable and large. Ask for a waterfront room to watch the boats come in and out of the harbor. The fitness center, pool and spa were pristine thanks to...

We stayed here for two nights at the end of August prior to departing on a cruise to New England and Canada. This hotel was perfectly situated for us. We took advantage of the FREE transportation via city bus from the airport that dropped us off 1/2 block from the hotel and found that we were no further than 1/2...

We were very well taken care of by Kristen at the Renaissance. When we arrived a bit early she found a room available for us and when we needed to check out a little later she accommodated us as well. The concierge helped us book a bus tour. Room was comfortable with a great view of the water. We had...

Neighbourhood Profile
Seaport District / South Boston Waterfront
This area has been expanding and becoming more and more popular, for good reason. Not surprisingly, the seaport district of South Boston is located beautifully along the water. The area is designed for easy strolling along the HarborWalk, and there are bars and restaurants for all ages and budgets. The Institute of Contemporary Art is located in this area in a contemporary building with an absolutely stunning deck overlooking the water. In the summer time there are Friday music concerts on the deck of the museum. Nearby, there are many green spaces to enjoy.
