The staff was fantastic, manager was awesome. and concierge was extremely helpful. Came in on St Paddy's day and the staff shot me in the right direction. Had a fantastic night and the hotel itself is beautiful and rooms are spacious and clean!

Modern hotel in the business center of Boston. Placed at seafront and nearby historical places. Ideal purity in the hotel and competent service. Huge and well equipped rooms. After ten years of trips to Boston, it is new opening for me.

We only stayed for 2 nights back in February but loved every minute of it. The hotel is in a great location over looking the harbour. We had a corner room with floor to ceiling windows and the view was amazing. Highly recommend this hotel!

The only down side to my stay at the Intercontinental in Boston was that it was delayed by a day due to a snow storm. I had a great room overlooking the tea party site. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a bath and separate shower. Check in was efficient although originally told my room was not...

We received great service. The room service was great, I requested something for my wife's birthday and they did a great job. Breakfast at Miel was great, make sure to try their fresh smoothies, they are amazing!

Really beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms, comfortable beds and great views. Great location and lovely to be by the water. Very helpful concierge. We didn't have breakfast included so can't comment but the whole experience was excellent.

The hotel is fantastic! From the moment I walked in it was truly a treat. The lobby is spacious, clean and modern like. The person that checked me in was professional. My only question was about Internet. She said it was free but I could never log on. My room was 1144 with a city view of the Boston Fire...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.

“Price menu for mini bar? I didn't want to try anything without knowing. And low flush toilets? Room should come with brush. It was a couples visit and although we all poop we don't need to see each other's poop when flushing.”
