My wife and daughter took me to Boston as a birthday present and this hotel room is unbelievable. The service could not be better and I could say the same about the view! My team at work got us all tickets to see the Celtics and we were going to just get a cheap room to crash in after the game. Change of plans. Instead we got a corner suite with great views of the city. We’ve stayed here before but this experience was even better than the last, and a huge thank you to Harold at the front desk for making the stay something to remember. I couldn’t recommend this hotel more.

Very nice hotel, clean and with a wonderful staff. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the rooms spacious. Shout out to Harold at the front desk who was always eager to help and to make sure everything was perfect.

Absolutely the greatest service. Respectful, friendly, prompt, and flexible with what I was asking for. Christian Mesa went above and beyond. I had to stick around for a few hours after I finished with my food and they continued providing a great experience even though I had already paid and finished.

My partner and I were welcomed graciously by Tenphel Zoepa (Front Desk Agent) as he greeted us with 2 breakfast coupons! He was extremely helpful with us on multiple occasions, especially when helping us find a restaurant! His sweet manner was noticed by my partner as he offered water while my partner wasn't feeling well. He even upgraded us to a One King Junior Suite Water View which had a spectacular view of the Seaport. Our room had no complaints - the noise level was good, the view was good, it was clean, and the service was top-notch. They even offered us complimentary champagne for our one-year anniversary. I will definitely be visiting again and would be looking forward see Tenphel again there!

Had a great corner room with view over the greenway (front side of the hotel). Price was way overvalued tough, as the room was not worth almost $1000 for 2 nights (even with breakfast included, which was actually good quality and price). Next to the view of the room, you're paying as always for the name... Service in the restaurant during breakfast and lunch were really great, employees were there if you needed them, could inform you about all options of the menu, but left you enjoy your meal without constantly interrupting with questions. I might come back for a lunch or dinner, but for the night stay I'll look somewhere else next time to spend my money better.

We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our upgraded room with a view. Perfect location to the seaport and all it’s great restaurants and bars. Harold, who checked us in, was pleasant and welcoming. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated. We had a lot of fun staying here
