Seaport District / South Boston Waterfront
This area has been expanding and becoming more and more popular, for good reason. Not surprisingly, the seaport district of South Boston is located beautifully along the water. The area is designed for easy strolling along the HarborWalk, and there are bars and restaurants for all ages and budgets. The Institute of Contemporary Art is located in this area in a contemporary building with an absolutely stunning deck overlooking the water. In the summer time there are Friday music concerts on the deck of the museum. Nearby, there are many green spaces to enjoy.

I recently attended a conference at the Westin Waterfront. The facility itself is very nice. Clean room, comfortable bed, good service, My glasses broke Day 1 of the convention, Concierge Debra and CSR Mehdi worked for 30 minutes to repair them—I would have been lost without my g

Have been staying at this property for a few years, but what always speaks to me is that Andrea remembers and welcomes. We come here for a very long work run and she makes us feel at home. If only all properties were like this. We would all travel more.

PERFECT location if you're doing anything at the convention center.
This is a busy and large hotel with a lot on site. It was clean. Customer service was wonderful; it was a well-oiled machine. The city-view rooms had great views, too! The pool area, while nice, lacked someth

Thank you so much for your positive review of the Westin Boston Waterfront. I agree that we are in a great location and I couldn't say it any better than you did about the convenience afforded guests who attend conventions, the connected sky bridge makes it so easy to easily travel back and forth. And with this area growing so rapidly, we think we are in the prime location for not only conventions but leisure trips as well. Once again thank you for your comments and we look forward to welcoming you back should your travels take you back to Boston

Typical Westin experience. Room was very clean, and bed comfortable. Furnishings were a bit spartan. Common areas were immaculate, and visually very appealing. Staff was excellent. I can't comment on the restaurants, as I did not use them, but they appeared to be nice.

This hotel is exactly what you would expect from a Westin property. The rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable and clean, and the bathroom is clean and well stocked. There were some expected surprises during my stay in the conference part of the hotel. One of the bathro

What is the situation with parking ? I cannot find that anywhere .
My advice is to avoid street/self parking at all costs. I would go so far as to park in a suburb and take a cab/Uber/Lyft to the Westin. If you fly to Boston you can take the Silver bus line to the Westin for free, although I wouldn't recommend it if you have children or a lot of luggage.

We took an Uber everywhere because the parking was $40.00 a night if you’re staying there or I think $65.00 if you’re not staying there. We just didn’t want to deal with it. They also have Valet parking but I don’t know how much that is.

Do the hotel restaurants offer "take-out" so you can bring the food back to your room? I am travelling alone for business and am not a fan of sitting alone in a restaurant
Had no problem taking food to go from the restaurants, and it is way cheaper

I heard this place is kind of in the middle of nowhere, is that true?
I wasn't fond of this location. View of city skyline from one of our rooms was nice but not very exciting for walking around hotel. I like the Westin Copley A LOT better! It was a great location for exploring the area around hotel....
