My family decided to visit Boston last minute and was finding a place to stay while driving to Boston. We can across the Boston Yacht Haven and from the map it seemed far away--- NOT TRUE it's sooo close to everything that you want to do in Boston just a quick 5 min walk to Quincy-yet away from the noise...

We spent two nights here in early May. It is a lovely hotel and we had a very good time on our trip. We arrived mid-morning via water taxi and expected to stow our bags and check in later. However, the owner asked the cleaning staff to get our room ready quickly so we could check in much sooner. While...

We spent New Year's eve. The hotel is very nice, clean and very quiet. The room is very big, comfortable and large for a family of 5. Very comfortable beds, even the sleeper sofa. We enjoyed a lot the common area, with coffee, the pool table, and the nice view. We were right on the wharf. The location is very...

Quaint little Inn in the heart of Boston, but tucked away from it all. Literally on the wharf, with river views all around, but just a quick walk to Faneuil Hall. Large rooms, very clean and comfortable, nice little touches (Keurig, fridge in the room). Self-serve continental breakfast served in the hall that you bring back to your room -...

I flew to Boston for a meeting at the Marriott Wharf but the hotel was full. The weather forecast told me it was going to be cold with a chance of snow, so I looked for a hotel nearby. This one was about a block away, good reviews and very reasonable price so I booked it. I am glad I...

We spent 3 nights at the Yacht Haven. It is ideally located, near little Italy. The room was spacious, super confortable, quiet, clean, and the price was raisonable. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast is served in the hall and it's a self-service (you eat in your cosy bedroom): I liked the concept, you feel at home.

What a great place to stay in Boston! A bit unusual as this is not a regular hotel: check-in is normally available until 5:30pm (on request of course they arrange staff later too). I had a huge room, overlooking at the harbour and partly on the city. Good wifi, quite simple breakfast (well, it is continental), comfy bed, very nice...

The room was spacious and we got it for an amazing rate! Great, helpful staff and location was perfect -- right next to the North End and Quincy market The only thing that was not as amazing as everything else was breakfast.

My family (my husband, two adult sons and a teen) and I just spent a four day weekend at this charming hotel. It was spotless and in a perfect location. The staff were amazing and the suite was so comfortable . We would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
The largest area of the city, Downtown is rich with historical and iconic sites in Boston. Stroll through one of Boston’s most famous green spaces, the Boston Public Gardens, check out and make way for duckling statues, picnic under a beautiful tree overlooking the pond, and walk over the iconic footbridge where, during summer time, you will catch a swan boat toting children and eager tourists through the pond. Have your camera ready to capture its peaceful beauty in the middle of a bustling city. Continue on through the Gardens and take in some open green space at the Boston Common, where you can spend time throwing a frisbee, sitting on a park bench, or, in the winter time, skating on the frog pond. Head north from the end of the Common to see the golden dome of the State House, and travel through government center to Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall, both a historic and popular destination worth a quick visit for a first time to Boston. Head to Long Wharf to visit the Aquarium, or catch a boat to Charlestown or even Cape Cod.
