This hotel is new and perfectly located in the Seaport. The Pavillion is directly across the street. There’s an awesome bar and a rooftop deck with gorgeous sea views. Rooms a huge and clean. Great hot breakfast buffet is included! We loved it and will be back!

We planned on going to Boston for a family getaway and checked the many hotels around. We found this Hyatt at a good price point. It was such a good surprise for our family. Since this was our first time to Boston, we were presently surprised that the pavillion across the stree that had ongoing concerts. And with well known names - Harry Connick Jr, Lady Antebellum, Lindsey Stirling, and Jason Muraz. Although we didn't purchase tickets, we were still able to see it from the outdoor bar area of the hotel. The location of the hotel near the seaport was great, we were able to visit most of the restaurants on foot. Staff at this hotel was great, especially Robert, who helped us with getting our rooms near each other and towels when needed.

We booked 2 rooms on the New Year Eve. The rooms are nice and clean. The check-out process is convenient. You can just express check out from the email they sent to you and leave the keys in a box between the elevator on the 1st floor and the main entrance without seeing the staff. Breakfast provide good enough hot and cold items, better than some hotels that only have packaged food like muffin and coffee. We also booked the valet parking in advance and so we paid $35/car instead of $49 which is quite convenient.

Stayed at this hotel for one night,as I was off on Monday checked in on Sunday.this hotel is fairly new . I got a rate for $151. I got a kichnett room which had a mini frig and micro plenty of storage.Everything was clean and staff very nice and helpful, breakfast was free but with limit selections. Please keep in mind you can clearly hear people in the hallways and closing of doors,I notice the bathroom ad sensor lights,I notice they didn’t have food for the microwave so you might want to visit a cvs which is a few min away,or visit a restaurant which is plenty to choose from within walking distance. If the price is right I would stay again as it was a 12 min walk from where I live,I don’t think they provide a shuttle to airport as there is the silver line around the corner from hotel(SL1).

My husband and I stayed at the Hyatt Place Seaport for one night in late June. The hotel seems brand new and everything is sparkling, clean, and modern. The hotel is in a great location, in the lively Seaport neighborhood right on the waterfront and very close to Logan Airport, which was convenient since we had a flight the next day. The check-in staff was very friendly and I appreciate that the gentleman on duty gave us a room with a view. Everything in the room was well appointed. The rooftop guest lounge has a great view and cool firepits. Breakfast offerings were basic (and very few options for me as a vegan) but it was free with our reservation, so I really can't complain. My only gripe was that we parked in the lot across the street thinking it would be $15 for overnight parking and we ended up getting charged $40, but that's not the hotel's fault. I do wish there were more affordable parking options nearby. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

Newer hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable and clean room overlooking the amphitheater and water which I requested as I was going to a show at the amphitheater. I absolutely loved being able to watch and listen to my favorite artist warm up prior to the show on the hotel’s outside patio. The hotel was able to accommodate my early checkin request and watched my bags when I had to checkout so I could go grab breakfast before my flight. Hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport if there is no traffic. Weather was not the greatest while I was there but lots of restaurants within walking distance. If you are mot going to a show or go to sleep before 11pm, would recommend asking for a room on the opposite side of the hotel. It was a perfect stay for me and would definitely stay again.

I visited the hotel while in the seaport on one of the early summer days, and found it really delightful and clean and with fun deck areas.
When a friend was looking for a place for her family to stay when they visited Boston over the summer, I recalled this place and referred them there. They also RAVED about it. So when I needed to plan a friends bachelorette and we needed a home base...this was the place.
When I set up the block of rooms they mentioned the valet had discounted online scheduling and it was easy and all I had to do was pull up and scan the QR code.
The bar staff was very nice and let us bring some crudité trays and snacks to the patio and the bar area so we didn't have to stuff into one room and when a few guests forgot their masks (we were using Uber) they had plenty for people to take.
All of us live locally within 15 miles of this hotel and are planning to visit again when in the seaport area for the views and hospitality.

The breakfast was sub par, the eggs were rubber and the food tasted horrible. We ordered dinner one night and it took 2 hours along with not having most items on the menu. We requested cleaning one day and it was missed, came back and room had not been touched. The hotel was unable to provide wash cloths. The room check in was good and the room was clean, but the service was horrible. Will not stay at another Hyatt property.

I very much enjoyed my stay, from the location, to the customer service and especially the care for COVID protocols. This hotel had a self serve breakfast bar, with boxes so that you could easily take it back to your room. The food options were simple, yet thoughtful. My room was clean and I had a great view of the water. It is in a prime location to move about the city. I was thoroughly impressed and this hotel will make me consider Hyatt hotels more often! The only thing I wish it had was more parking, but my visitors were able to find free street parking at night, so we were lucky! The bed was super comfy and all decor was modern and updated. Floor to ceiling windows, free WiFi, what more could you want?! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I have been staying at this property every time I visit Boston because of the cleanliness and location of this hotel. It still feels brand new and located in an upscale and posh area close to downtown, attractions and well connected to attractions in nearby places and towns.

The breakfast is not good and did not have many selections in cereal and other hot food choices. As I stayed for 4 days over the july 4th holiday, the breakfast area was extremely crowded and a bit disorganized. Need more service attendants to keep up the breakfast area.

Also never recognized as a Hyatt member or offered the bottled water I usually get from other Hyatt hotels. The front desk check in process was rather unappealing to say in the least. Given the keys and then rushed through to get it over with. Since I was a returning customer I was told I should know it all.

However this is still a very well maintained property and relatively new so kept very well. However, having stayed here repeatedly, next time I am in Boston will give the nearby properties a try such as Westin or Marriott. We just love the Seaport location, it is very upscale and nice over the summer months.

Take a 10 minute walk or if you prefer the Silver Line to South Station from the Hyatt. At South Station take the Red Line to Park Street. At Park Street switch to the Green Line (B) to Kenmore. Fenway Park is a 5 minute walk from Kenmore Square. Enjoy the game and Fenway. Go Sox!!!

Sorry to say that no easy way other than taxi/Uber, etc. If money is issue then you can take Silver line behind the hotel to South Station (free). Then you can take Franklin Commuter train and find some station near Foxboro. Then take taxi from the train station to the stadium.
