We found this gem after searching around for a moderately priced hotel within walking distance of attractions. This place was perfect! The hosts were welcoming and kind as well. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful brownstone in a great location. Could walk to Fenway Park and just minutes from the subway. The hosts were very helpful to us. Suggested where to go, what to do and how to get there. The rooms were huge and comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place to others!

My family had a fantastic four days exploring Boston this August. Abigayle's B and B was the perfect place to use as a home base. The rooms were very large and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfasts were delicious. The B and B is within easy walking distance of the path along the Charles River, Fenway Park,...

This was a great find. Lea and Victor were hospitable hosts, with an excellent breakfast, and clean rooms with antique furniture. Whenever we need some tourist tips, our hosts had all the ins and outs, just ask. Just be warned there are several floors, and we were not told there was no elevator, so we lugged our stuff to the...

We stayed overnight for the James Taylor concert. The location is wonderful, A quick walk to Fenway Park & Kenmore Square. But seemingly forgotten behind the busy square, which is a real plus for this area. The building is a beautiful 1800's Brownstone. The room is quaint with a private bathroom.

The brownstone is a great place to stay in Boston. The location is super - just a block away from the Kenmore stop on the T and a short walk to Fenway Park. The Brownstone is lovely, and the owner is delightful and very helpful with information about the area.

The hospitality was warm. The location is a real plus and the rooms are spacious. The T is close by and there are good restaurants near by. There is parking if you request it in advance. We highly recommend this B & B and will visit again. t

Our first trip to Boston (for a Minnesota Twins & Red Sox weekend series) was a retirement gift from our sons. Abigayle's B&B was a super location for Fenway, public transportation - unless you prefer to walk like we did - memorable restaurants and all the historic sites. The brownstone built in 1896 retains all the original architectural details and...

The location was perfect for seeing many parts of Boston: a short walk to Newbury St., short bus ride to Cambridge, or train to downtown Boston. Very clean and quiet room, and comfortable bed. I especially enjoyed talking to our hosts!

It was a single bed and I am clse to 6'5". but I slept well. Its a quiet street just a block from busy Kenmore Square. Your host, Lihua is attentive to the details. There were good breakfast options, but vegans beware. Your host is clueless in this area. She called a reliable cab for me when I needed to...

Staying in Fenway / Kenmore

Neighbourhood Profile
Fenway / Kenmore
The Curse of the Bambino may have ended years ago, but loyal Red Sox fans will continue to infiltrate this home to historic Fenway Park, where you can find victory banners, people yelling in stereotypical Boston accents, and lots of sports bars. Located within Kenmore Square, the old gas station Citgo sign is another Boston skyline classic seen throughout the city. In addition to a hectic and diehard sports mentality, this neighborhood is also home to some of Boston’s many universities. Move from Boston University territory to that of Northeastern, and spend time at the famous Museum of Fine Arts. For more culture, check out the smaller but equally beautiful Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum. Continue off the beaten path and check out the green space in the Back Bay Fens, a pretty community garden. This diverse neighborhood has a mix of universities, sports, culture, and more residential green space.

This charming brownstone, built in 1896, is set on a quiet, tree- lined street adjacent to Kenmore Square and the Charles River, and very near Boston University and Fenway Park. The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations, and all original architectural details have been preserved. The home boasts modern amenities with old world Victorian charm, and its guest rooms come with: queen bed with a single foam sleep sofa (for a small child), or twin beds that can be made into a king bed with a single foam sleep sofa (for a small child), and private attached baths. There is also a single room with a private bath in the hall. All rooms have TVs, private phone lines, desks, and A/C, and are on either the 3rd or 4th floor. The B&B's popular breakfast is self-serve continental in the dining room. There is limited parking on site plus public parking lot half a block away.
