Recently stayed for one night at this hotel across from the TD Garden. Accommodations were perfectly adequate. There was a steady supply of lemon water in the lobby, and a full breakfast in the morning. My room and the hotel were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We recently traveled to Boston on an East coast vacation. In the middle of our trip we took Amtrak from Mystic CT to Boston. The trip was really easy and we selected this location as it is directly across the street from the main Amtrak terminal for all trips North. Our next stop was Portland Maine. We asked for an...

The staff at this hotel were super friendly and made our experience very enjoyable. They always greeted us when we entered the lobby and answered our questions that we had about nearby activities. The hotel itself is okay. The location is fine. Yes, it's down a little side street but it's very close to a main street. At no point...

I was a bit worried about this hotel following a 2 night booking using points and some of the comments. As we pulled in, I did notice it was on a side street. However, the street you turn off of is where TD Garden is - so, in my opinion, the locale of the hotel isn't fairly described. I can't...

I stayed here using my free night award from IHG. I had to change my reservation date last minute and was able to do this with no problems. Check in was easy and desk helpful, given a room with 2 beds and quiet as requested. The room was at the end of the hall and a bit depressing looking, but...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights using IHG points, I am a Gold level member. Upon entering we were struck by the positive and outgoing staff, however when we asked for an electrical adapter we were told the hotel "is not set up for Europeans". A bad start... The major issue with this hotel is something they can't...

I visited Boston in the mid-October for fall foliage together with my wife for one night. The hotel has 24 hour shuttle service from airport to the hotel and vice versa but you have to pay five dollars per person. We arrived late at night and we met the hotel receptionist who is very helpful and courteous, she even gave...

We stayed three nights at the Holiday Inn and we couldn't find fault with our experience. The staff are amazing. Everybody was so helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for our stay as we could walk everywhere and it was only 10 minute walk from Fanuiel Hall. It is situated right on the street which didn't put us off...

The room cost was very close to what if would have cost to stay at the Savoy in London, no bar, plastic cutlery and Styrofoam plates, not what I expect for this cost at all. Difficult to sleep due to noise from the heater/air con. The staff were lovely and friendly. Did not appreciate being ripped off by the cab...

As we walked up to the hotel, the curb appeal was not present, but as soon soon as we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised! The check in process was quick and easy. We walked into our room and realized they accidentally booked us a king room instead of 2 doubles. Upon alerting the staff, they gave me another room...
