The bed was awfully uncomfortable, the pillow as cheap as it gets, filled with polyester and the rooms are equipped preliminary. We could not sleep until 4 AM in the morning because of other guests' noise. The folks residing on top of us played the guitar all night. I can not recommend this place at all. We were paid for two nights and checked out after the first night. The hotel manager refunded the cost for the second night with no comment which I appreciated.

First off it is not handicapp accessible! The parking is so tight for any vehicle bigger than a small SUV. We first pulled up and the woman at the front window wa rude. Not only did I have to give my DL, but so did my partner! The room on my receipt was different from the room keys. The room was clean BUT extremely out of date. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible! They didnt have any form to them and we had 5 for 2 beds. The air conditioner hadnt been cleaned in forever and the entire family woke up with stuffed up noses. There wasnt any breakfast and the tub couldnt be used. Covering up a water soaked door with paint doesny cover up the mold!

This hotel was decent. Because of covid you check in outside at their night window. The first thing I noticed when going inside is a strong chemical smell, I'm assuming they are doing some extra cleaning now. I am glad for the cleaning but it pretty much gave me a headache with the strong fumes from whatever cleaning agents they're using. The room itself was fine. The tv remote didn't work but the friendly guy at the front desk donned a mask and brought a spare over. I must have just gotten lucky but there were constantly people talking (and yelling) outside and coming and going all through the night, which kept me up. The location is decent, it's just a quick drive to a bunch of restaurants and through the tunnel to the downtown. Also it's only a few miles from the entrance to the Biltmore Estate. If you do stay here it will just make you even more impressed by the guest rooms inside the Biltmore Estate by comparison.

My college-age son reserved a room here. When he arrived, the clerk turned him away because he's not yet 21. But they refused to return his $75 deposit. NOWHERE on their website does it say you must be 21 to book a room! They told him he could get a refund by going through a laborious process online, but failed to tell him he only had 24 hours to do so. The desk clerk was aggressively unpleasant and the manager Pat was dismissive and unhelpful, making a mockery of the so-called "hospitality" industry. Is this how you treat our nation's young military personnel and students?
