We had a wonderful, three-night stay here hosted by Gary and Patti, who have created a well-located oasis in the middle of town. Their beautiful house, back yard with bubbling waterfall and shade trees were the perfect antidote to the above-average heat during our visit. Our room (Garden Vista) was luxurious and spacious with a great view, but the highlight...

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Asheville, NC at the Inn at Cumberland Falls. This 1900 vintage fully renovated home was warm and welcoming, The grounds of the home are beatifully landscaped without being manicured. The breakfast served by the inn owners was wonderful, the best meals we had in Asheville. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable....

We have just returned from staying AT Cumberland FAlls. What a wonderful time we had. A beautiful older home in Montford community of Asheville. The room (Natural Mystic) was beautiful. I wanted to take my husband somewhere special for father's day and began planning through the internet. Cumberland Falls website was easy to navigate, answered most questions that I had...

WE chose this bed and breakfast because it was near UNCAsheville where my son is going to college for the fall. We were there for his orientation. Our first impression of the home was "WOW!" . It is such a beautiful, grand, elegant, old house very nicely furnished. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We enjoyed walking around the...

A perfect combination of being able to get away from it all while still having enough technology to keep up with world news and events just in case. The breakfasts are a work of art and amazingly delicious. For example, I don't like pears. I hadn't thought to tell Gary this fact and one morning the second course for breakfast...

We often stay in B &B's and felt this that Cumberland Falls B & B was great. We loved our room overlooking the "falls", very very comfortable and very clean. It seems that Gary and Patti thought of everything and more. The home and the grounds are beautiful. The breakfasts and evening snacks delicious. Gary would make reservations for tours...

Gary and Patti treated us like family and the house and grounds were absolutely beautiful. It was great being able to take the 20 min walk into the city through the gorgeous neighborhood - probably the best part of the trip ... well that and the amazing restaurants close by. We felt like we were at home, but in a...

This was our second visit to Cumberland Falls Bed and Breakfast, and we look forward to our next visit! Patti and Gary are just delightful, and made sure our every need was met. This visit we stayed in their Garden Vista room overlooking their lovely garden, waterfall, and fish pond. The waterfall lulled us to sleep at night, and then...

The service provided by the innkeepers, Gary and Patti, really exceeded my expectations. The breakfasts included a delicious three course meal each morning and whatever your interests are (nightlife, sightseeing, outdoor adventure) the innkeepers were very helpful in providing advice for activities around Asheville. We stayed in the Daydream Room which was cozy and had a lot of charm. Our...
