After much research we selected Carolina B&B for our Spring Break Getaway to the Asheville area. The house was conveniently located. The room included a very comfortable king size bed, gas fireplace, Jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. Each evening included a social hour with complimentary Biltmore wines. The best part of the package is the owners, James and Susan.... More

We stayed with Susan and James for the first time this past weekend. The house is beautiful and very welcoming as are Susan and James. It is easy to find and within walking distance to downtown Asheville. The house is very well kept and clean. Our room was inviting and so comfortable. Social hour each night with incredible canapés and... More

We were fortunate enough to stay here over Valentine's Day weekend. We could not have picked a more perfect B&B. The Cottage was spectacular and the breakfasts we were served each morning were unbelievable!!! Treats were left in our room each night. Our hosts, James and Susan were wonderful and very welcoming. The walk to downtown was a short 10... More

My husband and I stayed at this B &B for the second time. The home is lovely. The rooms we have stayed in have both a fireplace and jacuzzi. They provide a truly gourmet breakfast and are very knowledgable hosts. They are available to help, but there is also plenty of privacy. We will continue to return.

My wife and I came to Asheville for my 50th birthday. James and Susan took our experience to a new level. The small touches such as a sweet snack in our rooms each night, great knowledge of the area and a home like atmosphere were deeply appreciated. It was chilly each night and the gas fireplace made the room cozy.... More

This was a lovely place to stay - it is a fantastic house and the rooms were well appointed and equipped. What made the stay though were the hosts and the relaxed atmosphere and the way that all the guests were able to mix and get to know one another. Fantastic evenings on the porch putting the world to rights... More

My fiancé and I stayed here for a weekend and left there KNOWING we would be back. There is no way to describe this place and the owners, other than outstanding. This was our first experience at a B & B, and I have a hard time imaging any place will trump it. Attention to detail is paramount for James... More

Do yourself a favor and book your room at Carolina Bed & Breakfast. My 13-year-old and I booked a room for a mother-daughter bonding weekend. James and Susan welcomed us warmly on our arrival, and a delicious, homemade dessert greeted us in our room each evening. The property is beautifully decorated and features art from around the world gathered over... More

My husband and I visited the Carolina Bed & Breakfast as an early 30th birthday trip for me/babymoon. We were there for two nights and it was so wonderful. The owners are fantastic and accommodating with food and everything else. They were very helpful with finding restaurants and fun things to do around town. The B&B itself was beautiful. The... More

Me and my friends originally planned on to stay at Carolina B&B for only 1 night, but my friends like it so much there that we decided to stay one more night. My friends have a 12 yr daughter, since all the rooms there have only 1 bed, a cot is brought into their room. The breakfast was fabulous, they... More
