While the accommodations initially seemed adequate—nice furnishings, washer/dryer, accessibility, we arrived and immediately canceled. Here’s why: one of the towels in our room had fresh human mucus on it— during a Covid-19 pandemic.Neither Booking.com, nor the premises was initially helpful about a refund of our full stay. We took plenty of photos. FYI,this IS NOT a hotel. These are privately owned condos and when you register you sign the equivalent of a real estate lease. Also, the restaurant was closed. Beware!

My husband and I loved staying at the Residences at Biltmore. It was located right in the heart of everywhere we wanted to go. Close to downtown. Close to the Biltmore. Everything was sparkling clean! We had everything we needed for our week's stay. I would highly recommend staying here over some of the more pricier places. It is also family and pet friendly.

We stayed in a one-bedroom unit for two nights and found it to be pleasant. Pros: - It was VERY nice to have the space of a one-bedroom apartment to spread out (vs a traditional hotel room - especially with a dog) - King-sized, very comfortable bed - Balcony - Gas fireplace added a nice ambience - Huge bathroom with a very nice walk-in shower - The space was decorated with a comfortable, "homey" feel - The unit was clean upon arrival - Had little staff interaction but what we did was pleasant and professional Cons: - The overall construction of the buildings felt cheap, and the walls/ceilings between units are thin - The pictures online make the place look a bit fancier than it is. In person, our unit had dinged walls and baseboards, a patched ceiling, etc., that could easily be spruced up with a little maintenance. But it contributed to the overall "cheap" feeling, not the luxury portrayed online. - The on-site restaurant was not open during our stay, but that's understandable given the pandemic circumstances. Overall, if we could get a good rate we'd stay here again.

We really wanted to stay there to celebrate our anniversary because the bridal/executive suite looked so beautiful in the pictures on their website. However, when I called twice to ask questions about the room the ladies I spoke with were so rude that we decided to stay at another hotel.

As you'll see in the response to your exact same complaint on another review site, this is upsetting to hear. Our team should always be helpful and kind, even over the phone. I'm really sorry if we gave you the wrong impression, and I wish you would explain what it was our staff said to you that was so rude so we can fix it. We hope we'll get the chance to show you the great service we're capable of in the future.

We spent two nights at this hotel and it was quite nice. Great location for our first trip to Asheville. The room was clean and well appointed as are most Residence Inns. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and accommodating. All in all a nice place to stay.
