We have stayed at many bed and breakfasts but, A Bed of Roses is tops! The house is warm and inviting as our hosts, Emily & Bill. Our room, as well as, the entire house is meticulously maintained. WoW!

Great location, outstanding service and hospitality, super convenient location, walking distance to downtown. More affordable than any other place to stay around. The owners/hosts are very friendly helpful & caring. We'd stay there again without hesitation.

My daughter and I stayed in the Oliver Davis room, and thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations. The room was decorated adorably, with a bird theme, and it was very quiet. The owners Bill and Emily (and their cats) were very friendly and helpful with directions and such. Our breakfast was delicious and very generous, and we enjoyed meeting the other guests....

I stayed three nights in the Carolyn Grey room. The room was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Having a spa bath was a particular treat! I would...

We came to town not knowing where we would stay. We stumbled across this wonderful bed-and-breakfast just outside of downtown. It was only half a mile walk to the downtown restaurants, shops and attractions. The couple that runs the place are outstanding. Very, very friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect for the 2 of us. We had our own...

My husband and I are thinking of retiring to the region and wanted to stay somewhere where we had easy access to Asheville and the downtown area. This place was just perfect. The house is so charming and clean! We had a room on the first floor that...
