Stayed here with friends while visiting the Biltmore. Beautiful inn, clean, comfortable and great food. Will stay again when the opportunity arises. Eleanor was very helpful and attended to my heavy demands! We were a bit needy because we ordered pizza one night and needed extra garbage bags to clean up our room, and needed extra shampoo and washcloths -...

Our fourth visit. My sister and I stay in the Carolina Cottage as it has two bedrooms and a shared bath. Monica our normal weekend host was off, so Elinor served as our host. She did a wonderful job as usual. Staying at the Inn is better than being at home..all the easy convenience without the cooking or cleaning. Nightly...

Food & hospitality were great. Rooms were clean & comfortable. Would highly recommend Biltmore Village Inn to all friends & family. Close location to the Biltmore Mansion & downtown were a major convenience.

Great place to stay. Loved everything about it. The breakfast, peaceful atmosphere, the people were nice, and the rooms were great! The cost was very reasonable. Fireplaces inside, fire pit outside, great mountain views, in the historic district, min from shops and food.

The hospitality, coziness, warmth and absolute beauty of the Biltmore Village Inn is far and above what you would expect at a B&B. The home is beautifully decorated to the era of its time. The staff is warm and welcoming. The rooms are clean, beautifully decorated and supplied to well meet your travel needs. There is a beautiful veranda to...

Excellent place to stay when visiting Biltmore! Our room was very nice. It was clean, smelled nice, and the bed was comfortable! Nice surprise was that they had a small refrigerator in room! While visiting Biltmore the Stable restaurant was excellent!

From the moment we arrived the staff welcomed us for what was truly a a wonderful experience. The Inn has exceptional furnishings, our room was spacious, private and had a large bathroom with a working gas fireplace (as did the bedroom). The kitchen had plenty of refreshments at our disposal, 24-7. Breakfast was served at 9am each day and was...

This far exceeded my expectations. The room was spectacular and romantic (The Vanderbilt) and breakfast was amazing. Complimentary wine and cheese every evening along with snacks (fresh baked cookies) and non alcoholic beverages. I will definitely be back.

Hosts were very accommodating, even with an arrival time of close to midnight. Breakfasts were delicious and snacks / drinks were available all day. Location was ideal for visits to Biltmore (right down the road). House is beautiful and very unique. Wraparound porch is nice for happy hour when wine / cheese are freely available. The rooms were very comfortable,...

My wife surprised me for my 60th birthday by taking me to Asheville (our first time there). My mouth was hanging open when we drove up the driveway to this AMAZING house... no, scratch that... amazing MANSION! Once occupied by Vanderbilt's own lawyer, I felt like I had crossed the time-space continuum to walk into the past. (Don't worry -...

“Reed Room: By far the best room. It had 2 fireplaces and the private balcony with exceptional views. The only part I think people should know ahead of time is that it is on the 1st floor across from the dining room, so every time you open the door people could see in the room. This didn't bother us, but if you like complete privacy, you should be aware.”
