The review card in our room asked how the hotel can improve, and the only thing I could think of was to add body lotion to the complimentary toiletries! We have had a great three night stay.

I am not sure about the rooms, but the parking is right in front and there definitely is a ramp - and elevator. As for the rooms, I was in a third floor, 2 bedroom - not handicap room. I did notice there was NOT a bar in either tub. My elderly mom was with me and it was the first time I have seen a tub without a bar to hold onto. But, again, I was NOT in a handicap room.
